Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Financial Service For "Agriculture,Countryside And Farmers" In Hanjiang District

In recent years,Hanjiang District of Yangzhou City has comprehensively promoted the rural revitalization strategy,actively developing "agriculture,rural areas,and farmers"through multiple measures,making agriculture a promising industry,making rural areas a place for people to aspire to,and making farmers a respected profession.Hanjiang District’s financial service for "agriculture,rural areas,and farmers" has promoted the development of industries and the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.The district has made positive efforts in serving the "agriculture,rural areas,and farmers"work and achieved certain achievements,such as promoting high-quality development of rural revitalization;Improve the people’s sense of gain,happiness,and satisfaction;Promoting agricultural efficiency and increasing farmers’ income;Increase village collective income;Strengthen the endogenous development momentum of agriculture and rural areas.However,the district financial service for"agriculture,rural areas,and farmers" is a continuous process that keeps pace with the times,and this process is bound to be a cycle of finding and solving problems.Therefore,how to better serve the work of "agriculture,rural areas,and farmers" in Hanjiang District is not only of practical significance,but also a continuous concern.This article takes Hanjiang District’s financial service work on "agriculture,rural areas,and farmers" as the research object,using service-oriented government theory and public finance theory,summarizes the current situation of Hanjiang District’s financial service work on "agriculture,rural areas,and farmers",and analyzes the problems such as low efficiency in the use of agricultural funds,inadequate investment mechanisms for rural infrastructure construction,low financial support for agriculture,insufficient overall investment in financial funds,and insufficient attention paid by finance to the training of new agricultural skills.The main reasons for these problems are:relatively scattered funds related to agriculture and a large number of leading departments,gaps in rural infrastructure construction and funding needs,inadequate implementation of fiscal support for agriculture policies,imperfect use efficiency of financial funds,insufficient subsidies for agricultural skills training,and so on.By learning from the advanced experience of Wujiang District,Suzhou City,Jiangsu Province,and Changxing District,Huzhou City,Zhejiang Province,and based on the existing problems,this article proposes countermeasures to improve the financial services for"agriculture,rural areas,and farmers" in Hanjiang District:further coordinate the use of agricultural financial funds;Continue to increase regional financial investment in rural infrastructure;Using sufficient policies to strengthen financial support for agriculture;Improve the supervision of agricultural funds;Take multiple measures to give full play to the advantages of talent resources and better serve the"agriculture,rural areas,and farmers".
