Study On The Path Of Law Education For College Students In The New Era

The rule of law is around the experience of China’s historical development,and the result that constantly summarizes,analyzes and judges is the basic strategy of our national development,but also an effective means of promoting our modernization socialist development process.As a systematic project,the construction of the rule of law not only needs the correct guidance of the state at the macro level,but also needs the active participation of social citizens.As the masters of national construction,social citizens should exert their autonomy and initiative.In other words,improving the legal awareness and professional quality of social citizens is closely related to the construction of the rule of law of the country.Therefore,it is an important task of the legal reform to strengthen the legal education of social citizens in order to enhance their legal consciousness.As the main driving force of our social construction and development,and a pool of high-quality talents,university students will play an important role in all aspects of society in the future.Under the background of the new era,the legal education of college students is faced with many difficult challenges.How to put forward systematic and operable countermeasures when proposing the existing problems in the legal education of contemporary college students is the difficulty of studying the legal education path of college students.In this context,colleges and universities must combine the latest theoretical achievements to carry out legal education for college students.In accordance with the basic idea of "raising problems--analyzing problems--solving problems",this study takes Marxist rule of law theory and socialist rule of law theory with Chinese characteristics as the starting point,and on the basis of extensive absorption and reference of domestic and foreign excellent academic research results,it uses literature analysis,empirical research method,theory with practice method and other research methods.To carry out a comprehensive and systematic research on the legal education path of college students in the new era.Firstly,it analyzes the effectiveness and important value of legal education practice activities of college students at the present stage.Secondly,it clarifies the problems existing in the process of legal education in colleges and universities,such as teachers’professional quality to be improved,curriculum content to be perfected,teaching technology means to be improved,and further analyzes the causes of these problems from the perspectives of professional quality platform construction,professional curriculum construction,education stage connection,legal education content,students’ subjective initiative,etc.Finally,based on the analysis of the above problems,feasible countermeasures such as strengthening the construction of teaching staff,optimizing the curriculum system,innovating teaching methods,stimulating students’ initiative and improving the level of practical application are put forward.To sum up,this paper can fill the gaps in the research field of legal education paths in domestic colleges and universities,and has important theoretical and practical value to a certain extent.
