Community citizen is not only the object of community governance,but also the main body of community governance.How to promote citizens to participate effectively in community governance through more and more effective ways is very important.However,due to various factors,there are still some problems in the participation of community citizens in social governance,such as insufficient participation groups,unimpeded participation channels,incomplete participation mechanisms,and ineffective participation results,seriously hampers the overall effectiveness of community governance.There are many factors influencing citizen participation in community governance,and the subjective and objective factors are interwoven,so it is very important to analyze and grasp the influencing factors of citizen participation will.On the basis of extensive study of relevant literature,this paper is mainly based on the theory of planned behavior,collaborative governance and social capital,taking the H community and L community in Lixia district of Jinan city as the objects,a total of 310 questionnaires were distributed in the two communities by means of questionnaire survey,interview and field observation,using principal component analysis to analyze the behavior of citizen participation in community governance,8 independent variables and the dependent variable of citizen participation willingness were determined from the individual and community levels,respectively,the questionnaire was designed with reference to the Likert scale format.In the process of distributing the questionnaire,the effective samples were screened,the reliability and validity of the effective samples were tested,and the questionnaire was optimized and adjusted.On this basis,a multiple regression analysis model was established to obtain the magnitude of the influence of the factors on the differential expression of citizens;participation behaviors in community governance,and to Quantitative analysis and describe the will and influencing factors of citizens;participation in community governance,based on this,the paper proposes the reconstruction path of citizen participation in governance.Finally,according to the research results,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in the aspects of improving the cognitive level of citizens;community participation,strengthening the awareness of citizens;participation,enhancing citizens;community identity,strengthening the mobilization ability of community organizations,perfecting the system of community participation,perfecting the basic supporting facilities of community,and creating a harmonious and friendly humanistic environment.
