College students are the backbone of the cause of socialist modernization in the future.They shoulder the historical responsibility of realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Strengthening the education of ideals and beliefs is the fundamental requirement for contemporary college students to become virtuous and talented,and also the inevitable requirement for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.The education of party history is integrated into the education of college students’ ideals and beliefs,giving full play to the role of party history in educating people.It can not only consolidate the ideals and beliefs of college students in the new era,but also find out why the CPC "can",why Marxism "can",and why socialism with Chinese characteristics "is good" in the learning process,stimulate patriotic feelings,and realize the value of life.The full text is divided into four parts,mainly including the following contents:The first part: This paper first analyzes the basic theory of party history education,and explores the era value and development process of party history education.Secondly,it defines the concepts of ideal and belief,ideal and belief education and college students’ ideal and belief education,demonstrates the practical significance of college students’ ideal and belief education,and combs the discussions of the leaders of the past generations of the Party on ideal and belief education.Finally,explore the feasibility of integrating the party history education into the college students’ ideal and belief education in the new era,find the fit point,and provide the theoretical basis for achieving effective integration.The second part: Analyzes the significance of the integration of party history education into college students’ ideal and belief education in the new era,and discusses the prominent advantages of party history education in strengthening college students’ ideal and belief education from two aspects of enhancing "four identities" and "four self-confidence".The third part: through questionnaires,interviews and other ways to investigate the current situation of the integration of party history education into college students’ ideal and belief education in the new era,to understand college students’ own cognition,the development and integration of party history education and ideal and belief education in colleges and universities,to analyze the current development situation and the main problems faced,to clarify the reasons for the educational dilemma,and to provide a basis for exploring the integration path.The fourth part: On the basis of theoretical research and previous analysis,combined with the characteristics of the times and the physical and psychological characteristics of college students,from the perspective of college students themselves,schools,society and other aspects,put forward the practical path of integrating party history education into college students’ ideal and belief education in the new era.
