A Study On Marital And Family Disputes In Agricultural And Pastoral Areas Of Inner Mongolia

The family is the basic unit of society,and with the continuous development of society,the functions of the family are constantly changing.First,in the new era,family undertake the internal life and educational functions of the family,not only providing them with the necessary and material conditions for life,providing educational environment and growth space for their children,but also satisfying their spiritual comfort and becoming a place for emotional exchange.Secondly,in the new era,family also bear social and cultural functions.Only by creating a warm and harmonious family atmosphere can we drive the formation of a warm and harmonious atmosphere in the entire society.Finally,in the new era,family bear the responsibility of ensuring national development,and family harmony is an inexhaustible driving force for national development.Therefore,harmonious relationship of marriage and family is the foundation of social harmony and stability.However,in recent years,the relationship of marriage and family in rural areas have shown the realistic problems of frequent disputes and divorce demography growth,which has become a negative factor for promoting rural revitalization and grass-roots social governance.Therefore,this problem needs to be solved urgently.This paper investigates and studies the issue of marriage and family disputes in the agricultural and pastoral areas of Hure Banner through social investigation,empirical analysis,and case analysis methods.The article consists of three parts : introduction,main text,and conclusion.The introduction section mainly elaborates on the research purpose,significance,current research status,selection of research points,research methods,innovation and shortcomings.The main body consists of four chapters.The first chapter mainly summarizes the related theories of marriage and family from the concept of marriage,the concept of family,the nature of family,the legal concept of marriage and family,and the legal provisions of Chinese Civil Code on marriage and family.The second chapter mainly introduces the basic situation of the agricultural and pastoral areas in Hure Banner,and conducts a comparative study on the data of marriage and family disputes accepted by the People’s Court of Hure Banner in the past four years.Then summarizes and analyzes the current situation of marriage and family relations,disputes,characteristics,and causes of disputes in the agricultural and pastoral areas of Hure Banner.The third chapter analyzes the adverse effects and harmful consequences of marriage and family disputes from the perspectives of underage children,the elderly,women,and society.The forth chapter proposes targeted and feasible suggestions for relevant administrative departments to prevent and resolve marital and family disputes from the source based on the characteristics of agricultural and pastoral areas.The conclusion section summarizes and summarizes the content of the research and analysis in this article.
