The rapid adjudication mechanism is a way of separating complexity and simplicity,and quickly handling simple cases,allowing the trial of cases to enter the "fast lane".The promulgation of the revised Administrative Litigation Law,the implementation of the registration system for filing cases,the strong promotion of comprehensive rule of law by the state,the enhancement of the people’s awareness of the rule of law,and the reform of the judicial system have led to increasingly prominent contradictions between individuals and cases in administrative trials of the people’s courts.It is urgent for us to continuously improve the division of administrative litigation complexity and simplicity through practice,and build a mechanism for quick judgment of administrative litigation cases,so that administrative litigation cases can be scientific,refined Effective diversion,achieving quick trial of simple cases and precise trial of complex cases,to reconcile the contradiction between the limited judicial resources and the unlimited judicial needs.In this way,the people’s court can balance fairness and efficiency in the face of multiple cases and fewer people,and provide more convenient,high-quality,and efficient litigation services for the people.The author starts from the theoretical exploration of the administrative litigation case quick judgment mechanism,returns to practice from theory,and uses the relevant results of pilot courts that have started early and achieved significant results in the exploration of administrative litigation case quick judgment mechanism as case support and data support.Combined with the actual administrative trial in Ningxia,the author summarizes the necessity of constructing a quick judgment mechanism to improve the quality and efficiency of administrative trials,and takes the administrative litigation case quick judgment mechanism as the perspective,Taking the practice of establishing a mechanism for quick judgment in administrative litigation cases as the framework,this paper conducts theoretical thinking and research on the application of the separation of complex and simple administrative litigation cases in the judicial practice process,further reshaping and improving China’s mechanism for quick judgment in administrative litigation cases,in order to benefit China’s judicial reform and the construction of a mechanism for quick judgment in administrative litigation cases.
