Research On The Integration Of Labor Spirit Into Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

Universities are the cradle of talent cultivation,and labor education,as an important part of the talent cultivation system,strengthens the cultivation of labor spirit,which is conducive to the realization of the goal of cultivating people with moral character.General Secretary Xi Jinping has also emphasized the importance of labor spirit and labor education on many important occasions.Based on this background,this paper explores the path of integrating labor spirit into ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the perspective of ideological and political education,so as to guide college students to cultivate labor consciousness and grow up to be the new man of the times who can bear the heavy responsibility of Chinese national rejuvenation.This paper takes the cultivation of labor spirit of universities students as the mainresearch object,systematically sorts out relevant research results about labor and labor spirit at home and abroad,and outlines the theories about labor spirit and ideological and political education in colleges and universities,so as to clarify the inherent connection between the two.The theoretical source of labor spirit is the spirit of the times formed based on the ideas of classic Marxist writers,the development of Chinese Communists’ inheritance and the essence of Chinese excellent traditional culture.Integrating labor spirit into ideological and political education of colleges and universities has important meaning for students,universities and society.Through the survey,it is found that although the current cultivation of labor spirit among college students has achieved some results,there are some problems in general,which are mainly manifested in the atmosphere of cultivating labor spirit in society,the structure of labor cultivation system in colleges and universities,the emphasis on labor spirit in family,and the awareness of labor spirit among students.In response,this paper analyzes the reasons for these problems from four perspectives:society,families,universities and students.This paper proposes to take the "Education Guidance for Labor Education(for Trial Implementation)" and "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in the New Era" as the basis,Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as the theoretical guidance,and focus on strengthening the teacher team construction,improving students’ awareness,creating a good environment for labor spirit cultivation,optimizing the content of labor spirit integration in classroom teaching,and enhancing the carrier of labor spirit cultivation,The aim is to find the path of integrating labor spirit into ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and to improve the effectiveness of labor spirit cultivation in all aspects.
