Educational equity is an important link to realize social equity.The Communist Party of China has always been committed to improving the quality of education of the whole nation,making educational equity the fulcrum to make China an educational powerhouse,and promoting the process of Chinese-style modernization.In the new era,the issue of fairness in the field of education is facing severe situation and urgent tasks.Xi Jinping heads the central leadership group,shouldered the historical task of realizing Chinese-style modernization.In the context of the new era,Xi Jinping gathered the wisdom of the whole Party and constructed the overall framework of the important discussion on educational equity in the new era in a series of important speeches,forming a theoretical system with distinctive features and rich connotations.This study uses literature research method,comparative research method and theory combining practice and other research methods to scientifically summarize Xi Jinping’s important statements on educational equity from three levels.First,from the level of logical relationship between history and reality,this dissertation studies the theoretical and realistic basis of Xi Jinping’s important statements on educational equity,and discusses its inevitability.In terms of historical logic,Xi Jinping’s important statements on educational equity originate from Marxist classical writers,and is formed by absorbing rich nutrition from the Sinicized Marxism and the excellent traditional Chinese culture’s concept of educational equity.It is the latest theoretical achievement of the Sinicized Marxist educational equity thought with The Times.In the realistic logic,the dissertation discusses the transformation of the principal contradiction of Chinese society in the new era,the goal of socialist modernization power and the existing unfair problems,which has a profound impact on its formation.Secondly,from the theoretical level,study the content system of Xi Jinping’s important statements on educational equity.Xi Jinping’s statements on educational equity reveal the people-centered value pursuit,which can be summarized into five aspects:educational opportunities,conditions,processes,results and systems.It not only realizes the theoretical innovation of educational equity thought,but also guides the practice of educational equity,provides the action guide for the educational cause in the new era.Thirdly,from the perspective of practice,this dissertation studies the practice path of Xi Jinping’s important discourse on educational equity.Xi Jinping pointed out that the government should be the "first responsible person",improve educational laws and regulations.The society should give full play to the advantages of running schools,improve the education assistance system.Schools should hold the main position of education and implement the national education policies.He believed that educational equity has a basic strategic position in the realization of education power,put forward the "trinity" development strategy,and defined the fundamental task of education reform in the new era.Xi Jinping’s important statements on educational equity are the theoretical weapon to realize educational equity in the new era.The study can give play to the important role of its theory,directly attack the core problem of education,and lay a solid foundation for the realization of socialist modernization education power. |
