Research On The Satisfaction Of High-quality Farmers' Training Services Under The Background Of Rural Revitalizatio

High quality farmers are an important support for rural talent revitalization,and high-quality farmer training plays an important role in promoting rural revitalization.In order to meet the demand for talents for agricultural and rural modernization and rural revitalization,the Party and the state have vigorously carried out high-quality farmer training,which has achieved certain results.However,there are still problems that pre-training demand research is oot place,the follow-up service needs to be improved,the training effect of high-quality farmers is poor,and high quality farmers’ training service satisfaction is average.This article takes L City as an example to explore the existing problems,satisfaction status,and the countermeasures for improving the satisfaction of high-quality farmer training services provided by the quality and efficiency of high-quality farmer training services,and provided a high-quality team of farmers with well-educated,skilled,good at management and managed implementation of the strategy for rural revitalization.High quality farmers’ training services are subsidized training services provided by the government and relevant departments,including the business management training service,professional production training service and skills service training services,provided by the government and relevant departments for the whole process of farmer training.This article analyzes the survey data and interview materials,studies the current situation of high-quality farmer training services provided by the government and relevant departments,establishes a satisfaction model with four dimensions of practical courses,theoretical courses,teachers and perceived usefulness,and analyzes the current status of high-quality farmer training service satisfaction and its influencing factors.The research on the current situation of high-quality farmers’ training services in L City shows that the overall satisfaction of high-quality farmerstraining services is average,among which the satisfaction of business management training services is lowest in the three types of training,the satisfaction of the professional production training services is higher in the three types of training,and the satisfaction of the skill service training services is in the middle level.The empirical research on the influencing factors of high-quality farmers’ training service satisfaction shows that practical courses have the lowest satisfaction and the highest weight,and have the greatest impact on overall satisfaction;The satisfaction of teaching teachers is not high,which has a significant impact on satisfaction and overall satisfaction;The degree of satisfaction of theoretical courses is general,and its impact on satisfaction is also significant,which greatly affects the overall level of satisfaction;Perceived usefulness has a low weight and high satisfaction,with a small impact on overall satisfaction.Based on the research on the main factors that affect the satisfaction of highquality farmers in training,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction of high-quality farmers in training services from the following aspects: Firstly,it is necessary to accurately grasp the training needs and reasonably select the training content;Secondly,Secondly,we should strengthen the selection of teachers and manage teachers reasonably;Thirdly,it is necessary to optimize theoretical courses and improve practical courses;Fourthly,we should grasp the characteristics of farmers participating in training and innovate training methods;In addition,it is necessary to strengthen government policy support and improve the tracking service mechanism;Finally,training management should be standardized and effective information feedback mechanism should be established to better provide talent support for rural revitalization.
