Research On The Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Farmers' Common Prosperity In Ethnic Minority Area

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that "Chinese path to modernization" is the modernization of common prosperity for all people.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee has put the gradual realization of common prosperity of the people on a more important position,promoted coordinated regional development,and has created good conditions for the promotion of common prosperity in underdeveloped regions.The common prosperity of ethnic minority areas is directly related to the degree of national development,national security and social stability.Common prosperity is the common expectation and fundamental interest of the Chinese people.On the one hand,to solve the problem of "common prosperity" in ethnic minority areas is a key concern in China’s development.The common prosperity of ethnic minority areas,especially farmers,is directly related to the prosperity and prosperity of the country;on the other hand,the widening economic and social gap between the eastern and western regions has become the source of contradictions that affect the common prosperity of all ethnic groups,the harmonious relationship between ethnic groups and the stable development of the whole society.In this context,this paper explores the path to common prosperity of farmers in Sandu County from a multi-dimensional perspective by investigating the socio-economic development of Sandu Shui Autonomous County,a minority area.Firstly,it combs the existing research results at home and abroad on the connotation,characteristics,realization path of common prosperity,farmers’ common prosperity,the development of farmers in ethnic minority areas and the existing mainstream methods of common prosperity research;secondly,on the basis of previous studies,the author combed and analyzed the way of reality by using its research thread for reference,and further summarized the theoretical development logic of "common","common prosperity" and "common prosperity".On the basis of theoretical induction,this paper constructs the evaluation index of farmers’ common prosperity from the three dimensions of sharing,development and sustainability.Based on the questionnaire data obtained in Sandu County from May to August 2022,the weight of each indicator is calculated by entropy method,and the individual common prosperity and indicator evaluation score are calculated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Therefore,the evaluation results of the indicators of common prosperity of farmers in Sandu County are analyzed one by one.The degree of common prosperity is scored through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and the values of each indicator are graded,and the indicators are divided into three levels: low,medium and high.The weight judgment matrix is constructed from the index evaluation weight vector,and the membership degree of three comment sets is 0.379,0.247 and 0.374.The research results show that the weight of "low level" in the three comment sets is the highest,and the maximum membership rule of the set can be obtained,and the final comprehensive evaluation result is "low".In order to avoid the omission of indicator data analysis,the average value of the individual sample indicator score ranking is calculated,and the calculation results are analyzed and summarized.Based on this,four conclusions are drawn:(1)training costs are necessary for the common prosperity of farmers in Sandu County;(2)Industrial development is an important support for common prosperity of farmers in Sandu County;(3)Property income is the fundamental guarantee for the common prosperity of farmers in Sandu County;(4)Intangible cultural heritage is an important carrier of common prosperity for farmers in Sandu County.Based on the context of the discussion of common prosperity of farmers in Sandu County and the analysis of empirical results and conclusions,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects: developing characteristic industries to attract farmers to return home,meeting farmers’ needs to enhance farmers’ motivation,developing intangible cultural heritage industries to boost cultural revitalization,and strengthening collective economy to achieve common prosperity.
