Research On The Legal Problems Of The Power Support In The Society Of Voluntary Guardianship For The Aged

With the development of the aging society,the system of voluntary guardianship is one of the important systems to solve the problem of providing for the aged in our country,it also needs the support of public power including state power and social power,both of which are indispensable.Especially in the development trend of small government and Big Society,the support of social power is particularly important.If there is no support of social power,the system of voluntary guardianship will lack the strong support of the social level,and the implementation of the system of voluntary guardianship will be difficult.Although at present,in our country,there are corresponding social organizations actively participating in the implementation of the system of voluntary guardianship at the level of social power,but the lack of theoretical research and legal norms on the support of social power of voluntary guardianship,in particular,the basic problem of supporting the function orientation of the voluntary guardianship for the aged is not clear,which seriously hinders the practice of the social power support of the voluntary guardianship.This paper focuses on the theory of the social power support of the voluntary guardianship and the legal function of the different social power subjects supporting the voluntary guardianship of the elderly.
