Research On Apartment Management And Education In Liaoning Petrochemical University

Student apartment is another classroom for students’ education besides classroom.The purpose of this paper is how to play the educational function through the management of student apartment.The framework of this paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which discusses the background,purpose and significance of this study,as well as the research status at home and abroad,and makes a brief evaluation;This paper uses two research methods,literature research method is used to summarize the educational function of student apartment management at home and abroad;in the research on the current situation of apartment management and education in Liaoning Petrochemical University,the questionnaire survey method is used;and put forward two innovation points.The second part is the core concept and theoretical definition,this paper discusses the three concepts of student apartment,student apartment management and student apartment management education;this paper takes Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory as the theoretical basis and analyzes its application in this paper.The third part is the current situation of the education function of the apartment management in Liaoning Petrochemical University,this paper summarizes the measures and achievements of the education function of the apartment management in Liaoning Petrochemical University.The fourth part is to analyze the problems and causes of apartment management education in Liaoning Petrochemical University.The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions to improve and perfect the apartment management and education of Liaoning Petrochemical University,this paper expounds in detail the countermeasures for the management of student apartments to give full play to the educational function.Student apartment should combine management and education,take management as the basic premise,take education as the ultimate goal,and infiltrate the education function into the whole process of apartment management.By combing and studying the education function of apartment management in Liaoning Petrochemical University,we can further promote and develop its education function construction,and provide strong guarantee for realizing the overall purpose of "three services and two education" of its logistics department and implementing the goal of all staff,whole process and all-round education.
