Food safety is an essential condition for the survival and development of all human beings,an vital condition for the long run stsady of a nation.With the characteristics of dynamic,complex and highly intelligent illegal behaviors becoming more and more prominent,the illegal activities with hidden and sensitive methods,smart means and high-tech are also increasing,and food safety supervision is also facing some new challenges.In recent years,governments at all levels pay more and more attention to food safety supervision.The wide application of big data has accelerated the innovation of the industry.New concepts such as "smart government" "smart city" and "smart regulation" have gradually emerged,and a new model of Internet + smart regulation has been innovated.Using digital regulation to help the effect of social governance,and taking the theory of big data technology as the support,comprehensively screening,retrieving and mining a huge amount of data information,and deeply excavate its information,drive the precision,convenience and science of supervision with data,and gradually form a timely,intelligent and systematic supervision mode--intelligent supervision.We will shift from "man-to-man" supervision to "smart supervision",We will establish a diversified mode of co-governance and sharing in which the government takes the lead,enterprises voluntarily govern and consumers actively participate,and effectively improve the government’s ability to govern society.This paper summarizes the research status of food safety supervision at home and abroad,clarifies the research ideas,main contents and research methods,and elaborates relevant concepts and theories based on the current situation of food safety in L District of Q City.After in-depth analysis of smart food safety supervision in L District of Q City,combined with field research,interviews and questionnaires,taking L District of Q City as a case,the problems arising in the supervision process of the food supervision department were deeply explored,and the causes and influencing factors were scientifically analyzed,so as to put forward targeted suggestions for the subsequent improvement of the intelligent supervision optimization scheme of food safety.Through investigation and research,it is found that there are some problems in the specific practice of intelligent supervision of food safety in District L of Q City,such as insufficient data accuracy,the concept of intelligent supervision has not been formed,and the level of systematic management and operation is not high.In other parts of the domestic food safety regulatory wisdom experience on the basis of the proposed to strengthen the top-level design,data collection,data mining using optimization suggestions.Furthermore,measures such as organization,system,personnel,publicity and fund guarantee are strengthened to ensure the effective implementation of intelligent supervision of food safety,hoping to provide certain reference for the development of intelligent supervision of food safety in District L of Q City.
