The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stressed that we should improve the social governance system,improve the social governance system featuring joint construction,joint governance and shared benefits,enhance the effectiveness of social governance,smooth and standardize the channels for the people to express their demands,coordinate their interests,and protect their rights and interests,and build a social governance community in which everyone has responsibilities,responsibilities,and benefits.Grassroots community is the basic unit of national governance,and citizen community participation is an important link to promote community governance.Driven by the continuous development and popularization of the Internet,network platforms have become an important way for citizens to participate in community affairs.The Internet has closely integrated the community governance and service system,completely changed the traditional way of community work,created a new service platform,provided more convenient and efficient participation channels and service channels for community citizens,and promoted the extensive and in-depth participation of citizens in community construction.However,whether it is traditional community participation or network community participation,the lack of citizen participation has always been a problem in community construction and governance.For example,the lack of citizen participation ability,the lack of public spirit,the lack of enthusiasm for participation,the imperfect construction of participation platforms,the untimely response of platforms,the imperfect management mechanism of platforms,and the imperfect management of communities all hinder citizens’ participation in community affairs through the network to a certain extent.So,how to enhance citizens’ participation in online community affairs?How to effectively guide citizens to correctly and rationally use information technology to participate in community activities?Is the urgent problem of the moment.Taking Community B as an example,this paper uses questionnaire survey and interview methods to analyze the current situation of citizens’ participation in community public affairs and activities through online platforms,in-depth analysis of the existing problems of citizens’ participation in online communities,and further puts forward suggestions and optimization paths.The main contents are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,the content and methods of the research problems,as well as the innovation points and shortcomings.The second chapter is about related concepts and theories.Firstly,it briefly defines the relevant concepts of network community participation and community governance.Finally,it introduces social support theory and network society theory to provide theoretical basis for the research of this topic.The third chapter is the research and analysis part of this paper.Firstly,we introduce the general situation of B community,design questionnaire survey and interview questions according to the research content,and analyze the current situation and problems of B community citizens’ participation in online community.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the influencing factors of the citizens’participation in the network community of Community B.The main factors affecting the citizens’ participation in the network community include:insufficient awareness of citizen participation,insufficient network platform construction and imperfect community management.The fifth chapter puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the construction and development of citizens’ network community participation:First,enhance the spirit of citizens’ network participation and enhance citizens’ active participation in community affairs;The second is to optimize the construction of the network platform,improve the functionality and convenience of the platform,so as to better meet the needs of citizens’ participation;Third,improve the participation mechanism of online communities,establish more effective communication and feedback mechanisms,and enhance the interaction and understanding between citizens and community managers.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,which summarizes the full text,and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects of this study. |
