| In China,there is the phenomenon of long-term government support for enterprises,many of which are direct government subsidies,but there are always different opinions on government support for the effect of longterm development and competitiveness of enterprises.In a sense,the government’s assistance and encouragement for specific industries and enterprises is not only the recycling of funds,but also the redistribution of public resources.The efficient use of government support strategy can promote the operation effect of enterprises,promote economic development,rationally distribute strategic resources,and bring greater social and economic benefits.Therefore,it is of great significance for the research of the government support strategy.In this paper,with BOE as the research object,through the sorting and summary of the relevant government support strategies,as well as the research and analysis of the relevant business data of BOE in recent years,the history,strategies and the actual impact of the government support are analyzed from the perspectives of innovation ability and business efficiency.Through the review of literature analysis,questionnaire survey analysis and comparative analysis method,and combined with the previous research results and basic theories,a series of valuable insights.Analyze the national and local government level for LCD industry and BOE support strategy,at the same time,through the quantitative indicators in recent years BOE direct government subsidies such as data,and combining the BOE business data,analyzes its income structure,reflect the importance of government support,discusses the influence of government support on enterprise performance.To the conclusion:the main factor of BOE’s current development achievements is from the government support strategy.Of course,through the analysis of BOE’s development history and the relevant strategies and realities of government support,it can be seen that there are still many problems in the government’s strategic support for BOE,such as the company’s excessive reliance on the government,the separation between government and enterprise,leading to institutional contradictions,corruption and rent-seeking.According to the above research results,in order to more effectively play the role of government support,it is suggested that BOE should change from the following perspectives under the guidance of government support policies:first,government departments should futher improve the efficiency of the use of support and innovate various forms of support;secondly,we should reform the evaluation mechanism of local government cadres and improve the performance evaluation system;again,we should strengthen government supervision;then,should be reasonable enterprise development channels,further improve the investment threshold;finally,we should strengthen the guidance of government departments to the development of enterprises,and minimize the blind support of government departments to promote the development of enterprises. |
