Research On The Contradiction Between Supply And Demand Of Public Goods In Urban Communities

The daily life of urban residents is mainly in the community,community public goods are related to the vital interests of the masses,and the supply of urban community public goods directly affects the sense of gain,belonging and happiness of urban residents.In the process of continuous modernization of national governance,the supply types of public goods in urban communities are constantly enriched,and the supply methods are also constantly optimized.However,due to the current supply quantity,supply quality,supply mode of urban community public goods and the demand of urban residents are difficult to balance,resulting in a large contradiction between supply and demand.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate and study the current situation of supply and demand of public goods in urban communities,analyze and study the root causes of the contradiction between supply and demand,and explore ways to solve the contradiction.Based on the theory of public goods and the theory of supply and demand equilibrium,this paper investigates the current situation of supply and demand of public goods in some communities in Nanchang through questionnaire method and interview method,and sorts out the current contradictions between supply and demand such as single and inefficient supply of public goods in urban communities,lack of participation channels for community residents,deviation between actual supply and real demand,and low satisfaction of community residents,and analyzes the reasons for the imbalance between supply and demand of public goods in urban communities from the levels of system,system,mechanism and technology.It proposes to improve the legal system system for the supply of community public goods,improve the supply system with diversified supply subjects,independent management institutions,and clear functional positioning,improve the supervision and supervision mechanism,establish an independent management body mechanism and improve the public participation mechanism,broaden the funding channels,strengthen the construction of community teams,etc.,and establish an urban community public goods supply mechanism led by government departments and fully participated by multiple subjects.
