Research On The Problems And Strategies Of B City Government’s Response To Online Public Opinion In The New Media Era

With the social and economic development of our country,the popularity of the Internet is deeply affecting the political,economic,cultural and other aspects.Under the social background of the emerging conflicts,various online public opinion events occur from time to time,which not only affects the social harmony,but also affects the future development.Especially in the context of the new media era,5G technology and Internet technology have played a supporting role in the spread of public opinion.In the face of the reality that online public opinion continues to deteriorate,it is more necessary to respond with proactive and scientific means,give full play to the government’s macro-control and administrative capacity in this regard,which is not only conducive to maintaining the high-quality image of the government,it is also conducive to promoting the harmonious and stable development of society.Because of this,this paper further discusses the specific measures and practical problems of the city government in combination with the reality of the online public opinion response of B City in the new media era.Based on the era background of the rise of new media network platform in China,combined with the summary and research results of relevant literature at home and abroad,through the literature method,the paper not only briefly outlines the concept of new media,but also makes a detailed theoretical exposition of the concepts of online public opinion and online public opinion response;secondly,through case analysis,combined with the actual situation of B City in response to online public opinion,the research was conducted around the organization,mechanism,methods and other elements of public opinion response,pointing out that the monitoring was not professional enough,the disposal was not active enough,the linkage was not smooth enough,and the guidance effect was not good.The reason for the above problems is that the current online public opinion response personnel in B City have uneven comprehensive quality,and also because the crisis awareness is not strong enough,the public opinion subject departments do not pay enough attention to it,and the communication order needs to be further standardized.The impact of these negative factors on online public opinion continues to expand in the process of superposition,which also seriously endangers the normal operation of social order.Based on this,this paper,in the comprehensive study,based on the literature review results and the realistic investigation of the response to the online public opinion in B City,proposes professional solutions,and believes that in the new media era,B City government should not only further improve the organizational team,but also improve the response level to the online public opinion from the perspective of personnel professionalism;at the same time,it is also necessary to change the traditional management concept and further improve the initiative and sense of responsibility in dealing with public opinion;it is more necessary to optimize and improve the information release,so that multiple channels can become the key to online public opinion congestion,accelerate the construction of network civilization team,and innovate public opinion emergency treatment means;in terms of regulating and guiding network behavior,we should carry out literacy education,cultivate the sense of responsibility,and increase publicity of the law.
