Study On Influencing Factors Of Happiness Of Rural Floating Population In Luoyang

Happiness is people’s eternal longing and pursuit.President Xi Jinping said at the Spring Festival Group worship meeting: "the pursuit of a happy life is the most lasting force to promote the progress of human civilization.The party takes the people as its heart,puts the people at the highest position in its heart,always serves the people wholeheartedly,and always strives for the interests and happiness of the people.".We should always take the pursuit of a happy life as our fundamental goal,actively implement all important work related to people’s livelihood,and enhance people’s sense of well-being in life.With the acceleration of urbanization in China,a large number of rural people began to flow into urban areas,and the scale of floating population is increasing.The rural floating population plays an important role in connecting the urban-rural dual society.At the same time,it is faced with challenges from the integration and conflict of modernity and nativity.Urban-rural migration is an important life experience,which affects their own and their family well-being.Therefore,it is urgent to analyze the factors that affect the well-being of rural floating population and improve the level of well-being of rural floating population.First of all,this paper focuses on collecting the research status of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of factors affecting the happiness of floating population and measures to improve the happiness of floating population,so as to provide a research basis for this paper.To define the happiness population,sorting summary correlation theory,and then do research on the theory of this paper,define the concept of floating population,happiness,and then the paper studies in target hierarchy theory,judgment and expectation theory,activity theory and the trait theory elaborates the basic meaning of theoretical guidance for the later.Secondly,using the method of questionnaire survey,the life and happiness of luoyang floating population survey implementation,based on the basic characteristics of floating population,floating population employment and economic income status of three aspects of the analysis of luoyang floating population individual basic situation.Based on the floating population’s marriage status,housing status,floating population with their families,floating population’s participation in family activities and floating population’s social relations,this paper analyzes the current situation of family life of floating population in Luoyang city,and finally analyzes the current situation of happiness of rural floating population in Luoyang City.Using the sequential logistic regression model,three kinds of economic,social and psychological factors are determined to analyze the changes of the happiness of rural floating population in Luoyang city.For social participation,the income of the floating population,housing property,marriage,and rural medical insurance,we made empirical analysis on the relationship between the happiness of the floating population,adopt the method of combining theory and practice,analysis of the empirical research outcomes,compare different factors on the luoyang rural floating population,and the actual impact of happiness.Finally,according to the life and happiness survey of Luoyang floating population and the analysis of the factors affecting the happiness of Luoyang rural floating population,put forward the measures to improve the happiness of Luoyang rural floating population,and determine the research direction and content of this paper.
