The fundamental role of national identity in national construction and governance is becoming more and more prominent.Today,China faces dual identity challenges due to internal and external factors,such as the wave of globalization and changes in personal values during the period of social change.The identification facilitation path has important theoretical and practical importance.At the same time,the modernization of the national governance system and the building of service-oriented governments are accelerating,and the subjective perception and appreciation of public sector management,services,and images pays attention to the impact on the people’s identity.You have to pay.In addition to the positive spillover effects of major festivals in economic,social and cultural development and construction,they are also important scenarios for achieving the goals of national identity building in the process of political socialization.It can stimulate and strengthen public patriotism.Therefore,major events like CIIE should be placed in the public management perspective,and the subjective perception and appreciation of the public services of major events like CIIE discusses public satisfaction and government.It should be seen as a breakthrough to do.Image of CIIE.Specific pathways of impact on national identity should be an important topic for further research on the factors of national identity.In this article,we first explain the background of research at major festivals,national satisfaction,government image,and research methods for national identity,organize existing research literature at home and abroad,and organize national identity,government image,and national satisfaction.Organize and build the theoretical analysis framework for this treatise.Second,it combines existing research results to propose theoretical research hypotheses about public satisfaction,government image,and national identity of major festivals,and build research theory models.Next,we selected measurement variables suitable for the three concepts of national satisfaction,government image,and national character,designed and edited the "China International Import Expo National Satisfaction Questionnaire," and conducted random sampling in 15 districts of Shanghai.We will conduct a questionnaire to 952 people in Shanghai.Investigate and collect sample data required for the investigation.After reliability and validity testing,data descriptiveness and correlation analysis,and structural equation model construction and hypothesis testing analysis,the results show: 1.There is a significant positive correlation between national satisfaction and national identity.This is an important factor in the sense of national identity of the people.2.Recognizing the image of government plays an intermediate role in the relationship between public satisfaction and national identity.Improving public satisfaction helps to improve the perception of the government’s image.At the same time,improving the perception of the image of the government also helps to enhance the national identity of the people.Based on the conclusions of the above analysis and research,this treatise proposes the following strategic inspiration for using key festival activities to enhance the image of government and the identity of the people.To improve public and "post-festival" public services,to optimize the supply of public services to major festivals;2.Improve the effectiveness of public participation in major festival public service decisions 3.Expand channels for diverse participation3.Promote innovative communication through technology-driven media,disseminate content that provides abundant multi-perspective reports,enhance the main body of dissemination,and realize multiple dissemination And improve media communication methods and strategies for major festivals and activities,and improve the perceived satisfaction of public media information.
