Research On College Students’ Education Of Rule Of Law Under The Background Of Comprehensive Rule Of Law

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee has made an important strategic plan for the comprehensive rule of law,which clarifies the route and direction for the construction of the rule of law in China.College students ’education of rule of law is an important arrangement of the strategy of comprehensively governing the country according to law,and it is responsible for providing legal talents for the future construction of the rule of law in China.Under the background of comprehensive rule of law,the rule of law education of college students in China is based on Marxist rule of law theory,human development theory and General Secretary Xi Jinping ’s important exposition on rule of law education.From the perspective of long-term development,strengthening college students ’education of rule of law is conducive to the promotion of comprehensive rule of law and the cultivation of qualified citizens in socialist legal society.From the perspective of practical needs,it is conducive to improving college students ’ legal literacy.The rule of law education for college students in China has been carried out for nearly forty years.According to the continuous change and development of the goal and content of the rule of law education for college students,it can be divided into initial development stage,accelerated development stage and comprehensive development stage.The changes in each stage are to adapt to the new requirements put forward by the development of the rule of law in China.The advancement of the strategy of comprehensively governing the country according to law puts forward higher requirements for the rule of law education of college students.At present,there are some prominent problems in the rule of law education of college students in China,mainly manifested in : the content of rule of law education needs to be further optimized,the effectiveness of the implementation of rule of law education is insufficient,the structure of rule of law education team needs to be optimized and the ability needs to be improved,and the management mechanism of college students ’rule of law education needs to be improved.In order to adapt to the new requirements put forward by the strategy of comprehensive rule of law,and continuously strengthen the rule of law education for college students,we should first construct the content system of college students ’ rule of law education with both knowledge and ability,and not only pay attention to the education of rule of law knowledge,but also pay attention to the cultivation of college students ’ rule of law ability.Secondly,it is necessary to form an institutionalized and normalized implementation system of college students ’ rule of law education.Specifically,on the basis of giving full play to the main channel of classroom teaching,it is necessary to realize the normalization of daily rule of law education and strengthen the application of new media in the rule of law education.Again,to build a diversified,professional college students ’ rule of law education team,not only to enrich and optimize the composition of the rule of law education team,but also to improve the teaching ability of the rule of law education team,to create a reasonable structure,excellent quality of the rule of law education team;finally,establish perfect college students.
