Research On Corruption Prevention Mechanism Of Supervision Committee

Since 2012,the Party’s Central Committee has been cracking down heavily on corruption,holding high the banner of the Fight Against Corruption.Faced with the risk of passive corruption,the Party Central Committee regards strict governance of the Party and the fight against corruption as an extremely important task,and uses such methods as “Fighting the tiger without stopping”,timely notification,warning and education to quickly contain the spread of corruption,as the stock of corruption dwindles,our country has achieved landslide victory against corruption.In November2016,the CPC Central Committee issued the pilot program on launching the reform of the national supervision system in Beijing,Shanxi and Zhejiang provinces,deploying officials from the three provinces and cities to set up supervision committees on a pilot basis to learn from experience.In 2018,with the deepening of the reform of the national supervision system,all the supervision committees of provinces,cities and counties in our country were listed and set up,and were given the power of national supervision,supervision and restriction of all public powers,marks China’s anti-corruption work began a new journey.While the current crackdown on corruption continues unabated,new cases of corruption continue to occur,how to prevent the increasing amount of corruption has become an important task for the new anti-corruption institution--the Supervisory Commission.Taking the mechanism of supervision of public power,education of clean government,supervision and suggestion,etc,as an example,the supervisory committee of j district in s city carried out the work of preventing corruption,it is pointed out that the supervision of the Supervisory Committee is difficult,the education of clean government is not up to expectations,and the effectiveness of the supervisory recommendations needs to be improved.In order to accomplish the task of curbing the increase in corruption,this paper suggests that by improving the independence of the supervision of the security of human and financial rights,promoting the big data supervision of the Supervisory Commission and the system of “Blacklist of bribery”,carrying out the fine and popular education of honest and clean government,and establishing the investigation and relief mechanism of supervisory suggestions,etc.,we will further enhance the effectiveness of the commission in preventing corruption.
