Research On High Quality Party Building In Private Enterprises In The New Era

Since the reform and opening up,Chinese private enterprises have grown from nothing,from small to large,from weak to strong,and have achieved leapfrog development,providing strong support for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.At the same time,with the rapid growth of the number,scale and number of employees of private enterprises and the increasingly significant social influence,strengthen the party’s overall leadership over private enterprises,strengthen and improve the party building of private enterprises,and lead the high-quality development of private enterprises with high-quality party building.In order to better fulfill corporate social responsibility,it has become a major and realistic problem facing party building work in the new era.In recent years,Zhengzhou City,Henan Province has actively explored the methods and paths of promoting high-quality party building in private enterprises,and achieved a series of remarkable work results,which also promoted the double improvement of economic and social benefits of private enterprises.However,in the face of the new environment and new requirements of strengthening the party’s overall leadership,party building and comprehensively and strictly governing the party,there are still many new problems to be solved urgently in the party building of private enterprises in Zhengzhou.This paper takes the party building of small and medium-sized private enterprises in Zhengzhou City,Henan Province as the research object,and conducts in-depth research and analysis on the current situation of its party building.The first is to introduce the background and research significance of the topic selection,domestic research status,research content,methods and innovations;the second is to elaborate on the connotation of party building in private enterprises,General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on party building in private enterprises,and high-quality party building in private enterprises;The third is to discuss the development history of party building in small and medium-sized private enterprises in Zhengzhou,the basic situation of party building,the main practices and work results,the outstanding problems and the main reasons;the fourth is to comprehensively strengthen the high-quality party building of small and medium-sized private enterprises in Zhengzhou in the new era.After research and exploration,seven concrete realization paths are proposed,in order to provide some help for strengthening and improving the party building work of private enterprises in Zhengzhou.
