Study On Residents’ Satisfaction Of Rural Residential Environment In Sheqi County

Rural residential environment is the basic condition for residents to survive.It is not only related to the basic life of farmers,but also reflects the effectiveness of beautiful rural construction in the new era.In 2021,the No.1 central document of the Central Committee proposed to continuously improve the quality of rural human settlements,formulated a five-year action plan for the improvement of rural human settlements,and set up human settlements offices in governments at all levels to carry out the improvement of rural human settlements in an orderly manner;In 2022,the No.1 central document of the Central Committee once again emphasized that the five-year action to improve the rural human settlement environment should be implemented continuously,the improvement of rural human settlement environment should be paid high attention,the improvement and upgrading of rural human settlement environment should be carried out as a priority,and the key issues should be specifically solved based on the actual needs of farmers,so as to further optimize the rural human settlement environment and improve the happiness index of farmers.The improvement of rural human settlements in Sheqi County started late.The current task of environmental governance is still very arduous.There are still many challenges in the implementation of environmental improvement.Therefore,the related issues of rural human settlements in Sheqi county are studied.Based on the theories of human settlement environment,sustainable development and demand hierarchy,this paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and empirical analysis.From the perspective of residents’ satisfaction with the governance of rural human settlements in Sheqi County,the evaluation index system of residents’ satisfaction with rural human settlements is constructed,the governance indicators are analyzed hierarchically,and the importance weight is confirmed;According to the scale,a questionnaire is designed for the satisfaction of rural human settlements,the questionnaire data are summarized,experts are invited to evaluate and score according to the scale,and the satisfaction of sub indicators and the whole evaluation system is scored according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,so as to find out the weak links in the promotion of governance and the problems that need to be solved urgently;The qualitative problem of residents’ satisfaction with rural human settlements in Sheqi county was transformed into quantitative analysis,and the comprehensive evaluation score of satisfaction was calculated to be 2.7069.According to the membership standard,the satisfaction was judged to be "average";Among them,the domestic water quality,supermarket store coverage and public security evaluation rank low,and the governance status is not up to standard;Domestic sewage treatment and other 12 indicators are in the middle of the whole indicator layer;The satisfaction evaluation of five indicators such as public lighting facilities is high,but many aspects have not reached the satisfaction standard.After investigation,evaluation and analysis,from the macro level of the overall improvement of residents’ satisfaction with the rural residential environment in Sheqi County,it is proposed to enhance residents’ subject consciousness,strengthen environmental protection publicity,innovate the form of governance capital investment,and improve relevant legal systems;According to the micro level of sub indicators in the evaluation index system,it is proposed to pay close attention to the implementation of pollutant control,continue to promote the improvement of rural domestic water quality,strengthen the rational construction of public infrastructure,and further improve the appearance of villages,so as to promote the improvement of residents’ satisfaction with rural human settlements.
