Shipping market economy fluctuated in recent years,not all shipping entities can bear the risk of shipping market of large-scale investment and ship financing leasing has become an important option for the shipping companies.Nevertheless,risks of maritime transport and ship operation are still difficult,and the number of cases of bankruptcy of shipping enterprises increases,and there will be conflicts between maritime court and bankruptcy court,conflicts between maritime law and bankruptcy law.The first chapter mainly defines the particularity of the bankruptcy issue of shipping companies in the ship finance lease model,and analyzes the meaning and special elements as well as the determination of the bankruptcy property of shipping companies in ship finance lease,and to lay an overall idea for the following discussion.The second chapter mainly includes the research on the exercise of the right to terminate the ship financial leasing contract in the bankruptcy procedure,and proposing options for exercising the right to terminate the contract under different circumstances.The third chapter is an analysis of the conflict and coordination between the special maritime system and the bankruptcy procedure.It mainly includes the conflict and connection of the maritime liens borne on the chartered ship in the bankruptcy procedure,and the establishment of the maritime liability limitation fund and the bankruptcy procedure.And it finally tries to propose a coordination path for special maritime systems and bankruptcy procedures.The fourth chapter is to study the handling of ships under the sale and leaseback model in the bankruptcy procedure and try to propose the handling of the sale and leaseback of ships in the bankruptcy procedure.
