| According to the survey,college students account for the highest proportion of netizens in our country,and they have become one of the main forces in disseminating and creating public opinion,making public opinion work in colleges and universities face unprecedented challenges.Especially after the outbreak of the COVID-19 in 2020,Public opinion incidents often occur in colleges and universities.Huge impact on the reputation of colleges and universities.The traditional way of public opinion governance makes colleges and universities very passive.It is urgent to find new ways to solve the problem.Therefore,this thesis discusses the new strategies in public opinion work in colleges and universities.From the perspective of public administration,this thesis establishes a conceptual framework of cooperative governance.Based on theories of cooperative governance,this thesis analyzes present studies on cooperative governance to summarize four key factors,that is,external environment,target motivation,power guarantee,and cooperative process.Then,this thesis introduces the problems existing in public opinion work in colleges and universities and constructs the conceptual framework from three dimensions,which includes cooperative goals,relationship structure,decision-making process.Finally,this thesis analyzes the cases of R college,and uses theoretical conceptual framework to instruct practical case,propose improvement measures for R college,verify the validity of this conceptual framework. |
