Research On Marx’s Thought Of "Good Life"

The "outlook on life" is an integral part of Marxist theory,but its importance has not been widely noted.The reports of the 19 th and 20 th National Congresses of the Party have both made "the good life" an important issue,aiming to lead the people to realise their pursuit of a better life.This article,guided by the Marxist relationship between the mode of production of material goods and the mode of life,summarises Marx’s idea of "the good life",systematically analyses the unreasonable factors governing social life,reveals the historical conditions and ways of realising the good life,and further expands and enriches the Marxist view of history.The theoretical vision of the Marxist view of history is further expanded and enriched.This article addresses the question of what is the good life? How to realise the good life? Through the study of Marx’s classical texts,we have systematically explored Marx’s idea of "the good life",analyzed and elaborated on its realistic subject,logic,rich connotation,realization path and contemporary value.In particular: Marx saw himself as a man who had to live a good life.Specifically,Marx saw the miserable state of people’s lives in his own time and,out of sympathy for the workers,he made a profound analysis of the history and current situation of capitalist society.Marx’s idea of the good life was borne out of his analysis of the contradictions and essential laws of capitalist society,his vision of a better life for workers,and his drawing on and inheritance of the great philosophical ideas of previous philosophers.The ideal way of life depicted by communism is the full expression of the ’good life’ envisaged by Marx.From Marx’s point of view,the path to achieving the good life is to deconstruct the capitalist mode of production,vigorously develop the productive forces,achieve mastery through the promotion of the proletarian revolution,and finally achieve the emancipation of human labour through the establishment of the subject status of workers and the establishment of the association of free people,so that people in social life can carry out labour practices driven by their own intrinsic needs and achieve comprehensive and free The idea of the good life has been the subject of scholarly debate.At present,hedonism is prevalent in social life and materialistic desires are widespread,so further research on the spiritual essence of Marx’s idea of "good life" will help us to master the discourse of good life in the new era,overcome the ideology of excessive and abnormal consumption,guide the creation of fine art and literature,and contribute to solving the main contradictions in China and further promote the idea of good life in the new era.It will also provide value guidance and methodological guidance for solving the main contradictions in China and further promoting the realisation of a good life in the new era.
