| Educational Equality plays a very important role in the social equity system and it is also an important basis for achieving social equity.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out that to achieve educational equity,it is necessary to cultivate socialist successors with all-round development in morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor,so that every child can enjoy a high-quality education.In October 2019,the Ministry of Education held a national county compulsory education supervision meeting in Zhejiang Province.It is an important event in the process of China’s education development to start the supervision,evaluation and identification of the high-quality and balanced development of county compulsory education,and it is also an important event to accelerate the modernization of education and build an educational power.In July 2021,in order to improve the quality of education and implement the fundamental task of educating people by virtue,the state promulgated the policy of "double reduction".The implementation of the "double reduction" policy is an important step in education reform in recent years,and it is also the key to promote the balanced development of education.In view of the problems existing in the process of compulsory education in X county towards high-quality and balanced development,such as inadequate implementation of relevant policies and systems,uneven allocation of resources,nonstandard running of schools,substandard education quality and insufficient innovation awareness of quality education,this study hopes to make corresponding improvements from the following angles.First of all,it analyzes the balanced development route of compulsory education on the basis of reality.It is necessary to clarify the relevant objectives of education reform and realize the high-quality development of compulsory education without violating the objective premise.Secondly,we should pay attention to the overall planning and optimization of resources and realize the balanced development of compulsory education as much as possible.The county government should pay attention to coordinating various resources,and at the same time,the education authorities should optimize the allocation of resources in light of the actual situation.Thirdly,schools should pay attention to improving quality and efficiency,change education methods,do excellent after-school delayed service courses and use various ways to improve the quality of education.Finally,families and society should change their ideas,which involves optimizing the promotion and popularization of family education and doing a good job in supporting community services.In the research process of this paper,the related concepts of compulsory education balance are defined and analyzed,and the current educational situation in X county is summarized,and it is clearly pointed out that compulsory education in this county should pay attention to the practice of high-quality balanced development model.In the research process of this paper,the development degree of compulsory education in this area is summarized accordingly,and it is clearly pointed out that the compulsory education in this county should gradually turn to a high-quality and balanced development route in the development process.Under the influence of the education reform in the new era,we should pay attention to improving the modernization level of education governance in this area and provide a better education model for school-age children in this area,so that it can be successfully accepted and become a high-quality and balanced development area of national compulsory education. |
