Research On The Countermeasures Of Public Power Supervision At Village Level In Xinshi Town,Jiyang District

With the rapid development of economy and society,people’s living standards have been continuously improved,and the desire of residents to participate in the management of economic and social problems has been increasing.As a large agricultural country with a large population,it is particularly urgent and important to optimize the supervision of public power at the grass-roots level and ensure the correct exercise of power."As long as there is corruption of the soil and conditions,the fight against corruption a moment cannot stop,must always blow charge",In the report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC，General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward new requirements for promoting the fight against corruption,is our party under the new situation resolutely fight corruption battle the fundamental to follow.If village-level public power can operate transparently and be supervised at any time,it can win the support and support of the masses.Starting from the current situation of the supervision of the operation of village-level public power in Xinshi Town,Jiyang District,this paper collects and understands the views and opinions of village cadres,villagers and others on the operation of village-level public power,including questionnaires,face-to-face interviews and other methods,combined with literature research and data analysis,from four aspects: the role of peer supervision,the role of democratic supervision,the role of internal and external supervision and the standardization of power operation process,Summarize the problems in the supervision of the operation of public power at the village level in Xinshi Town,Jiyang District,and analyze the reasons behind them.With the help of relevant theories,after in-depth analysis of the data obtained from the survey,put forward suggestions and countermeasures to improve the supervision of public power at the village level in Xinshi Town,Jiyang District.Finally,it is concluded that for the problems existing in the supervision of the operation of village-level public power in the new town of Jiyang District,we should continue to improve the system construction by strengthening the education and guidance as the starting point,and strengthen the supervision at the same time,so as to establish the village-level public power supervision into a comprehensive and relatively complete supervision system in the whole process before,during and after the event,From the source to the punishment and warning,curb the unhealthy tendencies and corruption around the masses.
