Research On The Construction Of Digital Rural Governance Community

Rural governance plays an important role in the national system.Building a rural governance community in which everyone is responsible,responsible and enjoys is a realistic response to citizens’ demands for governance in the new era.With the promotion of the construction of digital China and rural revitalization,the rural governance community is increasingly characterized by digitalization and modernization,and the digital rural governance community has emerged.In this context,the article with rural governance community as the research object,select X township digital rural governance cases,using the method of literature analysis and case study,explain the theoretical basis of digital rural governance community and construction elements,through the analysis of X township digital governance practice,reveals the construction of digital rural governance community logic and construction path.First of all,this paper through the theory of digital rural governance community is a new state of rural governance community,has unique era characteristics,is the dynamic change of the interests of the community,the cooperation of the party led the community,is the responsibility of rural revitalization value coupling community,with the modern development requirements of digital community.Secondly,this paper points out that the construction of digital rural governance community needs five core elements,namely,digital talent,benefit intercropping,digital platform,digital space and contract trust.Digital expert is the main element of the construction of digital rural governance community;benefit interaction is the key to the action of digital rural governance community;digital platform is the tool of digital rural governance community;digital space is the spatial support of digital rural governance community;and contract trust is the value pursuit of digital rural governance community.Thirdly,this paper uses the theoretical framework of element analysis to analyze the digital governance of X township.X Township realizes the subject remodeling through digital accurate analysis,realizes the mutual embedding of interests by using the endogenous power of governance,creates the digital public space with the multi-functional section of the platform,and realizes the mutual trust of multi-subjects by using big data technology.Finally,on the basis of in-depth investigation and theoretical summary,this paper puts forward the construction of digital rural governance community without the elements of coordination and optimization,construct digital rural governance community need four unified leading governance planning,with two-way drive extend governance space,to trust ethics to build work mode,to platform adjustment to create cooperation opportunities,to realize the benefit of fusion development.
