Since The 18th National Congress Of The Communist Party Of China,Yan’an Has Been Educated And Trained For Local Cadres

Cadre education and training is a crucial link in training cadres.Looking back at history,our party has emphasized strengthening the study and training of cadres at every important historical turning point,and as early as the period of the New Democratic Revolution,Comrade Mao Zedong pointed out: After the political line is established,it is the cadres who play a decisive role.The Party Central Committee has always attached great importance to cadre education,and as a city with a glorious revolutionary tradition,Yan’an has particularly rich cadre training resources,and has accumulated rich experience in cadre education and training,which has important reference significance for achieving the goal of cadre team building in the new era.On the basis of combing the research results of academic circles on cadre education and training,the whole paper adopts methods such as literature analysis and questionnaire survey methods to conduct a relatively in-depth study of cadre education and training in Yan’an since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The first part,through the collection of relevant Yan’an chronicle data,discusses the historical evolution of Yan’an cadre education and training before the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the development of Yan’an cadre education and training in the new era,and summarizes the training policy,training form,training content and training scale,and then expounds the characteristic advantages of Yan’an cadre education and training.The second part,combined with the results of the questionnaire and the actual situation,grasps the basic status quo of cadre education and training in Yan’an,and summarizes the results achieved by cadre education and training in Yan’an,which are: further improving the cadre education and training mechanism;Improving the ideological and political literacy of cadres;further enrichment of educational content;Cadre education and training goals have been implemented;A new concept of cadre education and training was introduced.The third part,on the basis of analyzing the questionnaire,discusses the shortcomings of the current cadre education and training in Yan’an,that is,insufficient attention to individual needs,relatively single teaching methods,relatively backward teaching content,and relatively weak teachers.The fourth part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the education and training of cadres in Yan’an in the new era from the aspects of teaching content,teaching form,and teaching staff.
