As a criterion for adjusting inner-party relations and regulating inner-party life,inner-party laws and regulations have become increasingly prominent in promoting the construction of the Party’s system.The improvement of the inner-party legal system cannot be separated from the comprehensive evaluation and clearing of the inner-party legal system,so that the inner-party laws and regulations that meet the current requirements of comprehensive and strict governance of the party can be retained and improved.Some inappropriate inner-party laws and regulations should be modified and abolished on the basis of scientific evaluation and demonstration.The postimplementation evaluation system of inner-party laws and regulations is the purifier of the current complex inner-party laws and regulations system,which can promote the development of the inner-party laws and regulations system to a healthy direction.We should strengthen the post-implementation evaluation of inner-party laws and regulations,so as to promote the construction through evaluation,and promote the development of comprehensive and strict governance of the party to the direction of deepening.The construction of inner-party laws and regulations is an important part of the construction of the Party.The evaluation system after the implementation of inner-party laws and regulations is an important part of the construction of inner-party laws and regulations.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it has increasingly received the attention of the Party Central Committee and academia.How to build a scientific and complete post-implementation evaluation system of inner-party laws and regulations is one of the issues that have been intensively discussed in jurisprudence in recent years.As a new system,the post-implementation evaluation system of inner-party laws and regulations is at the initial stage of development.There are still many problems in the selection of evaluation subjects,the determination of evaluation scope,the construction of evaluation indicators,and the standardization of evaluation procedures,which need further study by the academic community.Compared with the relatively well-developed post-legislation evaluation,the academic research on the post-implementation of inner-party laws and regulations needs to be further strengthened,so as to promote the massive output of research results and promote the improvement and development of the post-implementation evaluation system of inner-party laws and regulations.The study of an emerging system will inevitably face the dilemma of lack of relevant experience guidance.As the application of modern evaluation system in two fields,post-legislative evaluation and postimplementation evaluation of inner-party regulations have many similarities.The construction and improvement of post-implementation evaluation system of inner-party regulations can learn from the beneficial experience of post-legislative evaluation.However,in this process,we should also note that as an independent evaluation system,the post-implementation evaluation of inner-party laws and regulations also has its own particularity.Therefore,the model of post-implementation evaluation cannot be directly applied.Based on the study of the post-implementation evaluation system of inner-party laws and regulations,the author divides the article into six parts.The introduction mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research status and research methods of this study,highlighting the value of this study.The first chapter mainly introduces the basic theory of the post-implementation evaluation of inner-party laws and regulations,focusing on the analysis of the concept,characteristics and constituent elements of the post-implementation evaluation system of inner-party laws and regulations,so as to deepen readers’ understanding of the post-implementation evaluation of inner-party laws and regulations.The second chapter mainly discusses the problems existing in the post-implementation evaluation system of inner-party laws and regulations and analyzes the causes of these problems,so as to lay a good foundation for the improvement measures given in the following article.The third chapter mainly discusses the principles to be followed to improve the post-implementation evaluation of inner-party laws and regulations,so as to provide macro guidance for improving measures.The fourth chapter introduces the improvement path of the postimplementation evaluation system of inner-party laws and regulations in order to promote the improvement and development of the post-implementation evaluation system of inner-party laws and regulations.Finally,based on the above discussion on the post-implementation evaluation system of inner-party laws and regulations,we draw a conclusion and try our best to make the article reasonable in structure and substantial in content.
