Research On The Party’s Style Of Work During The Yan’an Period

The Yan’an period was a very important period in the history of the New Democratic Revolution.During this period,the central revolutionary base established by the CPC and the people’s democratic regime led by the CPC were able to take root in northern Shaanxi,and an important reason was that the CPC,represented by Mao Zedong,under the pressure of multiple forces and internal and external complications,after a long period of practical exploration and theoretical innovation on the basis of inheritance,put forward a complete theory of the construction of the Party’s style,and made a systematic elaboration and overview of the concept of "style".The concept of "style" has been systematically elaborated and outlined,which has a constant value beyond time and space.Therefore,the construction of style is not only an important guarantee for the CPC’s victory in the New Democratic Revolution,but also provides a solid theoretical foundation and rich practical experience for the construction of the Party in the new era.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out profoundly at the conference celebrating the100 th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China that,as a Marxist party that has been in power for a long time and is determined to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the style of the party is the image of the party and is the barometer for observing the relationship between the party and the cadres and the people,and cannot be taken lightly at any time.At present,the party’s style of construction is facing many new situations and new problems,some leading cadres and party members of the style of a series of loopholes,not only damage the image of the party,but also undermine the relationship between the party and the masses.General Secretary Xi Jinping,taking into account the situation,on the basis of inheriting the successful experience of the Party’s style of work during the Yan’an period,took a series of major measures,consistent,step by step,with perseverance and persistent spirit to pay close attention to the construction of style,leading to a significant improvement in the Party,public and social
