Study On Rural Governance Issues And Countermeasures In The Context Of Public Health Emergencies In L-town

At present,with the development of society and the globalization of the economy,the construction of the national governance system and the ability to govern are constantly improving,and rural governance,as an integral part of the national governance system,is also placed in an increasingly important position.However,at the same time,the environment facing governance is becoming more and more complex.Effective governance in villages is the foundation for the comprehensive revitalization of villages,and it also tests the governance capacity of villages,towns,governments at all levels and even the state.In recent years,rural governance has continued to face new problems and challenges,more particularly in the context of some large-scale public health emergencies.Although a series of measures have been taken to achieve certain results,many problems have been revealed in the process of implementing governance in villages,which indicates that China’s rural governance system still needs to be improved.Therefore,how to govern the countryside under the influence of public health emergencies and improve the effectiveness of rural governance is a difficult problem that must be faced at present,and further exploring ways to improve the effectiveness of grassroots governance on this basis is of great significance to the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.Through the use of various research methods such as literature analysis,case study and interview method,the article applies the relevant theoretical basis and combines the actual case of L town to meticulously introduce the four major problems of rural governance in the face of public health emergencies,meticulously analyse their causes from multiple perspectives,and propose four aspects such as personnel quality,governance philosophy,institutional protection and laws and regulations to improve the quality and efficiency of rural governance.The seminar will also provide a detailed analysis of the causes of these problems,and propose corresponding countermeasures to improve the quality and effectiveness of rural governance in four areas,namely "strengthening coordination and integration of forces to improve the comprehensive quality of multiple subjects,establishing a new era of rural governance philosophy and governance methods,improving institutional mechanisms to promote the effectiveness of governance,and strengthening the rule of law to promote source and comprehensive governance",in the hope of providing a direction for consideration and reference to rural governance issues.
