Road Transport Construction And The Realisation Of Integrat Ed National Governance

Road traffic construction is a tool to build up the country,the foundation of a strong country,and is vital to the modernization of national governance.As an important infrastructure project,road traffic construction has long become a huge engine of social and economic development,and every important change in it has profoundly affected the development of human civilization.With the development of the times,modern transportation has not only inherited the historical functions of military strategy and political authority,but also increasingly emphasizes the influence of state power in the economic and social fields,reflecting the interaction of power in modern state construction,and providing important support for the realization of integrated state governance and consolidation of state power.In the process of exploring the relationship between the state and society and promoting the development of interactive and harmonious,efficient and coordinated governance,road traffic construction has become one of the influential variables and referable dimensions worthy of attention.Governance is a common model for modern states,and the use of political tools for holistic governance is also a useful tool for maintaining national unity.The mobility and spillover properties of road transportation construction itself fit the characteristics of overall national governance and provide the substantial power needed for national integration.As a major national strategic pioneering infrastructure,high-speed rail has a heavy responsibility in achieving Chinese-style modernization.In the decade of the new era,China has built the world’s largest high-speed railroad network,and the development of high-speed railway has demonstrated the vigor of an innovative country,writing the struggle from "catcher" to "leader",which has become a symbol of "China’s speed".It has become a symbol of "Chinese speed".The development of high-speed rail is in full swing,and its political status is becoming more and more important,i.e.,road transport facilities such as high-speed rail play an important role in building power order and enhancing spatial and temporal identity in modern Chinese nation-building,and its achievements are also inseparable from the enhancement of national integration capabilities.The focus of the article is on the study of "transportation politics".Firstly,it discusses how road transport has influenced the development of the state in the past and the present,and re-examines this issue from a historical perspective.On this basis,we select modern China’s high-speed railway construction as the object of study,summarize the construction practice of China’s road infrastructure from 1949 to the present,and then focus on the leapfrog development of modern China’s high-speed railway construction.Secondly,we take the significance of infrastructure to promote modernization as the starting point,and elaborate on the achievements of modern China’s high-speed railway construction from three levels: "system supply","political party leadership" and "attack system".The second part of the paper discusses how the achievement of modern China’s high-speed railway construction is possible.Finally,the implications and implications of modern China’s high-speed railway construction for integrated national governance are discussed,and the future should focus on the improvement of institutional supply capacity,basic penetration capacity,collaborative innovation capacity,and image manifestation capacity.The difference in infrastructure quality is due to the difference in national capacity,which requires the continuous support of institutional supply capacity and the establishment and improvement of key core technology standard system.
