Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Grassroots Police Stations In The Construction Of Mutual Trust Between Police And People

In the police-people relationship in China,the police-people mutual trust relationship is particularly important.To build a harmonious,stable and healthy police-people mutual trust relationship,it is necessary for the government,society,police and the masses to make joint efforts to build a harmonious relationship of mutual trust and contribute to the building of a harmonious society.The police can trust the masses,and the masses can understand,care for and know the police,so as to realize the harmonious coexistence between the police and the masses,and build a good mutual trust management between the police and the people.At present,the construction of trust relationship between the masses and the police has achieved certain results,but there are also many problems in the development link,if the public security work to win the trust and praise of the masses,we need to work on the basis of the mass identity,the masses as the work center,uphold the mass line will never waver.A harmonious society can only be created by ensuring a good relationship of mutual trust between the masses and the police.This paper takes D Police Station in C City as the research sample,and uses structured interview method and questionnaire survey method to collect original data.Based on case analysis method,statistical analysis method and public trust theory,this paper makes an empirical study on the trust relationship between police and people in grassroots police stations.Through analysis show that the present jurisdiction has poor relations of mutual trust between the people,and people and the police is both influence each other,did not form a high credibility,mainly because of the police is higher social status and essential characteristics of the country,let the people and did not feel the same status and the police,the people are difficult to supervise the police mainly because of the fear of information disclosed,Cause in daily life the masses do not cooperate with police work.Combined with this situation,the investigation found that D Police Station carried out the improvement of the communication system between the police and the people,convenient services and other measures to improve the satisfaction of the masses,the sense of security,improve work efficiency.In order to strengthen the construction of the relationship between the police and the people,this paper is to shorten the distance between the police and the people,strengthen the communication;Formulating a security system to ensure lawful rights and interests;In terms of improving the level and ability of mass work,D police Station has established measures and channels for establishing mutual trust.
