Research On Organizational Capacity Building Of Primary-level Party Organizations In K Town Based On The Background Of Rural Vitalization

The The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has creatively put forward the top priority of building a strong administrative village primary-level party organization is how to improve organization capability,which provide a guideline for the new era,especially the comprehensive promotion of rural strategy.Nowadays,there are universal problems in primary-level Party organizations,such as weak political leadership,lack of self-innovation,insufficient driving force for development,and weak rural governance.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen and improve the organization capacity of primary-level Party organizations,build a stronger grassroots foundation for CPC,and finally realize the great strategic goal of rural vitalization.By literature research,field interviews,case analysis and other research methods,this paper studies the construction of the organizational strength of the rural Party organization in K Town.The survey shows that the main reasons for the organizational power weakening of grassroots party organization in rural areas are as follows: inapparent political leadership,weak reformation consciousness,underfunded village collective economy,restricting rural governance group,etc.The analysis shows that the rural party organizations should pay attention to the political guidance and the improvement of organizational strength,always put political construction in the first place,and continuously carry out the reorganization of weak and slack party organizations.We should pay attention to the construction of the team and the improvement of the organization,and continuously improve the quality of the education and management of the party members.We should pay attention to economic development and improve organizational capacity,make solid progress in Party building and rural revitalization,and make every effort to develop village-level collective economy.We should focus on innovation in governance,improve organizational capacity,vigorously cultivate talents in rural governance,and strengthen party building to guide grassroots governance.In order to make the rural party organization to steadily promote the rural revitalization of the strong organizational guarantee.
