Research On The Systems Of Party And State Awards And Honors With Chinese Characteristics

Following the Party’s 18 th National Congress,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has stood at the strategic height of realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,we have respected heroes,paid tribute to heroes,and cared for models,and established and improved the systems of Party and state awards and honors with Chinese Characteristics with a series of pioneering,exemplary and breakthrough measures.As one of the important components of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,this system has a distinct value orientation and a strong leading role,which is conducive to promoting the whole society to advocate,learn and care for heroes,and form a good situation in which heroes emerge in the new era.In order to deepen the research on the systems of Party and state awards and honors with Chinese Characteristics,and comprehensively enhance the spiritual guidance and typical exemplary role of Party and state awards and honors in the new era.This paper comprehensively uses the methods of literature research and historical analysis,takes the systems of Party and state awards and honors with Chinese Characteristics as the research object,and comprehensively explores the historical law and practical significance of the development of the systems of Party and state awards and honors with Chinese Characteristics from the aspects of the basic theory,development process,basic composition,characteristics and value of this system and how to better improve it.In addition to the introduction,the paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter starts from the conceptual analysis of awards and honors and the systems of Party and state awards and honors with Chinese Characteristics,and focuses on the theoretical basis of the research on the systems of Party and state awards and honors with Chinese Characteristics,mainly the Marxist incentive theory,the idea of state rewards embodied in the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and the expositions of the main leaders of the Communist Party of China on the idea of meritorious honor,and correctly understand the educational function of the systems of Party and state awards and honors.The second chapter sorts out the development process of the systems of Party and state awards and honors in the period of the new democratic revolution,the period of socialist revolution and construction,the new period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization,and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The third chapter expounds the basic composition of the systems of Party and state awards and honors with Chinese Characteristics in the new era from three aspects: legal system construction,award categories and procedural management.The fourth chapter summarizes the four characteristics of the systems of Party and state awards and honors with Chinese Characteristics,highlighting the social reality value of the systems of Party and state awards and honors in the new era.The fifth chapter mainly discusses the innovative management mechanism,the standardization of the legal system,and the enrichment of propaganda carriers,and makes some reflections for the further development and improvement of the systems of Party and state awards and honors with Chinese Characteristics.
