Research On The Historical Evolution And New Era Practice Path Of The Open Development Idea Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,our country has adapted to the tide of world economic globalization and promoted and insisted on economic globalization integration,we oppose unilateralism of“Building walls and erecting barriers” and protectionism of“Decoupling and breaking chains” in economic and trade cooperation.Because of the emergence of the anti-globalization trend,which is not conducive to the mutually beneficial cooperation,and the new needs of our country’s opening up and development,our country has changed from time to time and put forward the concept of open development in accordance with the circumstances,it elevates “ Opening ” to the level of development concept.The emergence of the concept of open development is not only an important development concept put forward by China in the new era,but also brings the globalization of the world economy into the new era,a scientific guideline that restores and elevates the world economy.Based on the study of Marxism in China,this paper combs,summarizes and studies the concept of open development in an all-round way by means of literature and historical research,combining with the reality of contemporary China,a relatively perfect framework of the concept of open development has been established.First of all,this paper generally combs the ideological origin and historical evolution of the idea of socialist open development with Chinese characteristics,this paper clarifies the theoretical basis of the concept of open development through the exploration of the ideas on open development of the classical writers of Marx and Engels,Mao Zedong and Chinese traditional culture.A comprehensive outline of the concept of open development from the embryonic stage to the initial establishment,from all-round development to the deepening of development and eventually the formation of innovation of the complete stage of historical change,shows that several generations of the party’s collective leadership of the law of open development of deep understanding and understanding.Secondly,the article takes the concept of open development in the new era as the theme,from all-round opening up,active opening up,win-win opening up,two-way opening up,security opening up five aspects,this paper sums up the core contents of our country’s open development idea in the new era,and deeply analyzes the value implication of the open development idea from three aspects of the Marxist world history theory,the CPC’s opening-up thought and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,it also analyzes and concludes the domestic and international realistic environment of the open development idea practiced in our country today.Finally,on this basis,the article from the system guarantee,the open platform,the new international relations,the open space,the community of human destiny five dimensions,this paper analyzes and studies the practical path of the party and the country to promote the concept of open development in the new era.The exploration of the practical path of the idea of open development provides important practical guidance for the healthy development of our country’s Open economy,and it will also provide a Chinese model for the theory and practice of the world’s open development.
