Research On The Legal Way Of Forging The Consciousness Of Chinese Nation Community

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,our country has always made ethnic relations a top national priority,and adopted a series of ethnic policies concerning ethnic equality,unity and prosperity,thus ushering in a new era of ethnic unity and progress in New China.Certain Western countries and hostile forces have attempted to interfere in China’s internal affairs through ethnic issues,posing many new challenges and tests for national unity and ethnic unity in the new era.In this situation,our country actively responded with scientific and effective measures,among which,through the formulation of a series of laws and regulations to resist the interference and destruction of foreign reactionaries,has become the outstanding characteristics of the Party and the state and ethnic work in the new era to deal with practical problems and challenges.Therefore,in the great practice of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,in the continuous struggle of building a modern socialist country and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,how to forge a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation has become an important task and one of the major contents of the ethnic work and the construction of a modern socialist country in the current and future period.It is of great theoretical significance and far-reaching practical significance to discuss the legal way to strengthen the sense of community of the Chinese nation from the perspective of ruling the country according to law.From the perspective of the rule of law,this paper adopts the method of literature research,comparative analysis and the unification of theory and practice to explore and analyze the way of rule of law practice to cement the sense of community of the Chinese nation.The first chapter includes four parts,which pave the way for the research and opening of the whole article.The second chapter analyzes the basic principles of the Marxist thought on rule of law,the practical characteristics of the CPC’s law making and the legislative routines of the international community to solve ethnic problems,and explores its basic content,theoretical characteristics and its direct enlightenment to our country’s solution of ethnic problems and to build a solid Chinese nation’s sense of community.Thus provide legal basis for the study of the way of rule of law;The third chapter analyzes the realistic troubles of the legal way to strengthen the consciousness of the Chinese nation community,including the three aspects of emptiness,fragmentation and emptiness,and expounds the causes,manifestations and main harms of the problems in detail,providing useful direction for solving the legal way;The fourth chapter puts forward the corresponding promotion path,the most important are: to follow the principle of law to increase the strength of legislation,to respect the authority of law oriented by the implementation,to strengthen the awareness of the rule of law based on the casting of solid,to strengthen the people’s law-abiding by the goal of good governance,to promote the law implementation system,so as to build a whole to promote the casting of solid Chinese national community consciousness of the rule of law path;The fifth chapter analyzes several relations that need to be solved in order to strengthen the legal path of Chinese national community consciousness at present,namely,the leadership of the Party as the foundation,the premise of economic foundation,the key of cultural construction and the foundation of ethnic unity.It analyzes the significance of different paths,the internal relationship with the legal path and the actual practices taken to practice the corresponding paths.Promote the role of these four relationships in the construction of the legal way of forging a solid sense of community of the Chinese nation;The sixth chapter summarizes the time value of the Chinese national community consciousness from four aspects.Through the expositions in the above six parts,this paper analyzes the important value of the way of forging Chinese nation community consciousness under the great changes unseen in a century for the ethnic unification of our country and the world peace.The sense of community of the Chinese nation has been gradually formed through long-term exchanges and integration among various ethnic groups in our country,and is the result of the common perception of each ethnic group member of the Chinese nation that they belong to the community of the Chinese nation.The consciousness of Chinese national community is determined by the Chinese national community,and at the same time,it has a positive role in promoting the objective reality of "Chinese national community" and has a positive role in cohesion of the Chinese nation.Judging from the course of our nation’s development,the sense of community of the Chinese nation has strengthened the awareness of the people of all ethnic groups in safeguarding ethnic unity and the idea that people of all ethnic groups are one family,which has gathered a powerful force for creating good ethnic relations.Forging a strong sense of national community through the rule of law is a specific requirement for the localization of the Marxist thought of rule of law in China.It meets the pursuit and yearning of the sons and sons of the Chinese people for the idea of harmonious unity and meets the fundamental requirements of the people of all ethnic groups for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It can not only promote the development of all ethnic groups,but also point out the direction for the construction of a great modern socialist country.It will also
