Abstract/Summary:
After 70 years of construction and development,social organizations have gradually become one of the important subjects in the modernization of China’s national governance system and governance capacity,and play a pivotal role in building a new development pattern.The environment is the basic and decisive factor for the development of social organizations,and the vitality of social organizations is the key factor to judge the development of social organizations.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influence of institutional environment cognition on the vitality of social organizations.The development of social organizations in Sichuan Province is in a good situation.As the leading province in the development of social organizations in western China,its research is representative.From the perspective of institutional theory,this study uses qualitative and quantitative methods to study the impact of institutional environment cognition on the vitality of social organizations in Sichuan Province.Qualitative research mainly adopts literature research,and quantitative research mainly adopts questionnaire survey.According to Ruohong’s explanation of the vitality of social organizations,this study turned it into adaptability,credibility,organizational strength and promotion of social organizations.The environment is the independent variable of this research.According to Scott’s institutional theory,it is operated into regulatory system,normative system and cognitive system.Based on the related research at home and abroad,the regulatory system is divided into four dimensions:legal system,registration system,incentive policy and supervision system.Divide the normative system into three dimensions: ideology,values and cultural ethics;The cognitive system is divided into two dimensions: social knowledge and knowledge structure.SPSS23.0 is used to test the reliability of the questionnaire,and AMOS24.0 is used to make confirmatory factor analysis.Finally,the structural equation models among regulation system,normative system,cognitive system,institutional environment and social organization vitality are constructed respectively.The study found that the regulatory system has a significant positive impact on the vitality of social organizations,and the legal system,incentive policy and supervision system also have a positive impact on the vitality of social organizations.Norms have a significant positive impact on the vitality of social organizations,and ideology and values in different dimensions also have a positive impact on the vitality of social organizations.Cognition has a significant positive impact on the vitality of social organizations,and social knowledge in different dimensions also has a positive impact on the vitality of social organizations.In addition,with regulation system as an intermediary variable,both normative system and cognitive system can have a positive impact on the vitality of social organizations through regulation system.The results show that the more perfect the institutional environment,the stronger the vitality of social organizations.Based on the above conclusions and theoretical basis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the vitality of social organizations: first,the rationality of the construction of social organization regulation system should be enhanced;Second,strengthen the matching and integration of social organizations and normative systems;Third,speed up the construction of social organization cognitive system environment;Fourthly,improve the adaptability,credibility,organization and promotion of social organizations,and improve the vitality of social organizations more pertinently;Fifth,promote social organizations to solve the "resource" dilemma and improve their self-growth ability.
