Research On General Secretary Xi Jinping’s Important Discourse On Forging A Strong Sense Of Chinese National Community

Chinese national community consciousness is the sense of identity and belonging to the country and the nation formed by the sons and daughters of all Chinese races during the long history of the development of the Chinese nation.In the report of the19 th Party Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping creatively put forward the important assertion of "casting a firm sense of Chinese national community".This new assertion is a powerful response to the complex situation at home and abroad.With its rich connotation and distinctive contemporary value,it has become the main theme and keynote of ethnic work in the new era,and has long-term significance for maintaining ethnic unity,promoting ethnic unity and realizing the dream of revival of the Chinese nation.This paper takes General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discourse on forging a sense of Chinese national community as the object of study,and conducts an in-depth study of it by combining theory with practice.The first introductory chapter analyzes the background of the selection of this important thesis,the significance of the study,the research methodology and innovation,and a clear definition of the relevant core concepts.Chapter 2 focuses on the ideological foundation and practical basis of this important statement,taking as its ideological basis the Marxist theory of ethnic groups,the ethnic outlook of successive Chinese Communists,the excellent traditional Chinese culture and the research results on the "Chinese nation" in recent intellectual circles,and exploring the practical basis for the formulation and development of the Chinese national community consciousness.The third chapter starts from three aspects of necessity,basic connotation,and practical path as the basic content of this important discourse to start the study.Chapter 4,on the basis of the previous study,composes and summarizes the basic logic and basic features of this discourse.In the fifth chapter,the value of this important thesis is analyzed in terms of both theoretical and practical values of the times.General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important statement on forging a firm sense of Chinese national community is of great significance,a leap and innovation in Marxist ethnic theory,a fundamental guideline for the Party and State to carry out ethnic work in the new era,and a direction for the construction of a more solid Chinese national community.
