The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out: "Caring for cadres at the grassroots level,especially those in areas with difficult conditions." General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized that "we must resolutely overcome formalism and bureaucracy,and pay attention to reducing the burden on the grassroots." The occupational stress of grassroots civil servants not only easily leads to job burnout,but also affects the effectiveness of work,which in turn affects the construction of grassroots civil servants.Therefore,it is urgent and necessary to study the occupational stress of grassroots civil servants.This paper takes the basic civil servants in H District of Shijiazhuang City as the research object,and conducts an in-depth investigation and research on the occupational pressure of basic civil servants in H District of Shijiazhuang City,and discusses the existing occupational pressure problems.First,define the two core concepts of basic civil servants and occupational stress of basic civil servants,expound the theoretical basis of occupational pressure of basic civil servants,and then conduct research and analysis by means of questionnaire survey,field investigation,and statistical analysis.In-depth analysis of the questionnaire survey data,to explore the results of the occupational stress survey of basic civil servants in H district of Shijiazhuang City,to discuss the existing occupational stress problems,and to analyze the causes of the problems.Finally,the correlation analysis between the occupational stress factors of basic civil servants is carried out,and then the problems are investigated from the following three aspects: social factors,organizational factors and personal factors.Based on the formation mechanism of the occupational stress problem of basic civil servants in Shijiazhuang City,highlight the characteristics of the problem,focus on the analysis of the causes,and focus on providing countermeasures and suggestions from the three levels of society,organization and individual.Through empirical research and factor analysis,it reveals the status of the occupational pressure of grassroots civil servants,calls on the social level to strengthen positive support for grassroots civil servants,enhances society’s cognition and understanding of grassroots civil servants,and provides effective channels for the occupational pressure of grassroots civil servants;advocates the organizational level Make efforts in the same direction from four aspects: optimizing the evaluation,selection and promotion mechanism,promoting the construction of fault-tolerant and error-correcting mechanism,shaping the "immersive" organizational management culture,and creating a healthy interpersonal network;promote the correct understanding of pressure at the personal level,improve the ability to resist pressure,and relieve pressure method.The research results provide a unique perspective for clarifying the management and debugging countermeasures of the occupational pressure of grassroots civil servants,and motivating grassroots civil servants to work hard in the new era.
