Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Hengshui Social Organizations’ Participation In Social Governance

At this stage,the participation of social organizations in social governance has become an important development strategy in our country.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)puts forward that we should“Perfect the social governance system,perfect the social governance system of co-construction,co-governance and sharing,and enhance the effectiveness of social governance.”.The 2022 government work report further specifies the need to“Strengthen and innovate social governance and promote the joint construction and sharing of social governance ”.The unique role of social organizations in social governance is an effective means to strengthen and innovate social governance,so the research on the participation of social organizations in social governance has important theoretical and practical significance.This study takes Hengshui’s social organizations as an example to analyze the problems and countermeasures of social organizations’ participation in social governance.Firstly,it introduces the concept of social organization and social governance,and points out the theoretical basis of social organization’s participation in social governance.Then it focuses on the current situation of the participation of social organizations in social governance in Hengshui,focusing on the government’s support and several aspects of the effectiveness of participation,as well as the existing problems and reasons;Finally,based on the enlightenment of the participation of social organizations in social governance both at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to solve the problems in the light of the reality of Hengshui.Through case studies,interviews and summaries,Hengshui’s social organizations have four problems in participating in social governance,such as insufficient coverage,low level of participation,lack of social credibility and lack of independence;the reason lies in the imperfect construction of system and mechanism,the ability of deep participation is weak,the people’s awareness of value is insufficient,and the participation channel is narrow;If Hengshui wants social organisations to play a more active role in social governance,it is necessary to improve the relevant institutional mechanisms,enhance the ability of social organizations to participate in social governance,to promote social organizations to enhance their credibility,actively build a government and social organizations interactive bridge..
