Study On Public Satisfaction Of Qingdao Government Affairs Wechat Platform

The application and rapid development of existing Internet technologies provide technical support for government departments to build government platforms,But at the same time,the development of technology has also put forward new requirements for the operation of government affairs platform.For this reason,governments at all levels are constantly strengthening the construction of government affairs We Chat platforms and are committed to better building a service-oriented and sunny government.An important measure of building a service-oriented government is "whether the people are satisfied or not".Let the public evaluate the level of government services,which can effectively stimulate government departments to improve their work and services,and build a bridge between government departments and the masses.Therefore,exploring the influencing factors of public satisfaction on the government We Chat platform has important practical significance in urging departments to improve services and enhance department trust.Based on this,taking Qingdao as an example,this paper empirically analyzes the public satisfaction and its influencing factors of the government affairs We Chat platform in Qingdao.In this paper,questionnaires are distributed to people living in Qingdao by random sampling,using the questionnaire survey method and the SPSS statistical analysis method.A total of 352 valid questionnaires were collected.On the basis of the questionnaire satisfaction data,this paper adopts the methods of difference analysis and regression analysis to further explore the impact of demographic characteristics of Qingdao citizens,public expectations,perceived quality(system quality,information quality,service quality),perceived value,and public trust on the satisfaction of the political We Chat platform.The results show that the public in Qingdao is relatively satisfied with the government affairs We Chat platform.The research hypothesis was also tested: gender has a significant impact on public satisfaction on the government We Chat platform,while age,occupation,education level,and political outlook did not make a significant impact;There is a significant negative relationship between public expectations and public satisfaction on government affairs We Chat platform;System quality and information quality have a positive and significant impact on public satisfaction on the government We Chat platform,while service quality has no significant impact on it;Perceived value does not have a significant impact on public satisfaction on the government We Chat platform;Public trust has a positive and significant impact on public satisfaction on the government We Chat platform,and the impact relationship is the strongest.Based on the above studies,we propose measures and suggestions to improve the public’s satisfaction with the government We Chat platform.First,we should smooth the interactive communication channel and fully understand the public’s expectations;Second,build a high-quality government We Chat platform to improve the quality of public perception;Third,improve the humanization of the platform and enhance the perceived value of the public;Fourth,standardize the management of government We Chat platform and enhance public trust.
