Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Citizens’ Participation In Rural Social Governance Of Fuliang County

With the in-depth promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,the rural governance system is gradually improved,and the importance of citizens’ participation in social governance is gradually highlighted.Rural governance is a systematic project,which is closely linked,and citizen participation is an important part of it.Citizen participation is an important part of rural governance and an important power source of rural revitalization.As far as rural governance is concerned,citizen participation not only provides guarantee for the development of democratic decision-making in rural governance,but also contributes to the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,this thesis takes Fuliang County as an example to study the current situation of citizen participation in rural governance.Through the analysis of typical cases,it explores the current situation of citizen participation in rural social governance in Fuliang County,analyzes the causes in depth and puts forward targeted solutions,which will provide theoretical support and empirical reference for the relevant research of citizen participation in rural governance in China.Firstly,the article clarifies the connotation of core concepts such as rural social governance and citizen participation through sorting out relevant literature,laying the theoretical foundation for this study.Secondly,on the basis of elaborating the current situation of rural social governance in Fuliang County,this thesis systematically expounds the situation of citizens’ participation in rural social governance through a questionnaire survey.Thirdly,based on the elaboration of the current situation and specific case analysis,this thesis summarizes the problems existing in the process of citizen participation in rural social governance in Fuliang County,such as weak awareness of citizen participation,lack of participation channels,and low degree of participation.Further analysis reveals that the main reasons for the above problems are the lack of improvement of the citizen participation system,poor cultivation of social organizations,and insufficient endogenous motivation of citizens.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the participation of citizens in rural social governance in Fuliang County.We should improve the citizen participation system by consolidating the villagers’ autonomy system,establishing a long-term participation system,and improving the democratic supervision system;Training social organizations by encouraging their development,stimulating their vitality,and innovating their forms;We should enhance citizens’ endogenous motivation by widely promoting policies,enhancing their awareness of participation,and cultivating their ability to participate.
