Research On Prevention And Control Of Bus Operation Safety Risk In Tianjin

With the implementation of reform and opening up,the process of urbanization and industrialization of major cities in China is becoming faster and faster.However,Tianjin is facing increasing public transport operation safety risks because some urban public transport roads have not been widened with the promotion of urbanization,and relevant laws and regulations are still imperfect.If the government does not take effective measures to prevent hidden dangers of public transport safety,it will be difficult for Tianjin to maintain public safety,traffic order,good government image and even social stability.To sum up,it is the theoretical significance and practical application value of studying the prevention and control of hazards in bus operation in Tianjin.Focusing on the risk prevention and control of bus operation safety in Tianjin,this study comprehensively uses the literature research method,case study method and questionnaire survey method to draw out its type,status,problem and causes,and countermeasures.The results show that: firstly,Tianjin mainly has three risks: Road,vehicle and human,and it has achieved good risk prevention and control results due to the participation of multiple stakeholders,diversified prevention and control methods and prevention and control mechanisms.Secondly,although Tianjin is highly satisfied with the risk prevention and control of bus operation safety,it still faces four risk prevention and control problems: urban road traffic congestion,forced occupation of traffic arteries,frequent traffic safety accidents with non motor vehicles and unconventional types.Thirdly,through the analysis of case,the study found that they are mainly resulted from the lag of traffic planning,the imperfect traffic management system,drivers are not properly managed and the uneducated behavior of citizens.Finally,according to the analysis of the problems and their causes,this thesis provides four optimization schemes: optimizing urban traffic planning and resource allocation,establishing and perfecting public transport safety laws and regulations,building a strong public transport manpower team and improving citizens’ awareness of public transport safety through multiple measures.The research results of this thesis not only help to improve the risk prevention and control theory and knowledge system in China’s public transport system,but also promote the prevention and control of urban public transport operation safety risk.
