Children and youth are the future of the country,and the Chinese Young Pioneers(Pioneers for short)is a revolutionary organisation for children led by the Communist Party of China,which has played an important role in all periods of the Party’s development.The squadron is the grassroots organisation of the Pioneers and is an important place for the work of the Pioneers to be carried out,fostering a sense of belonging to the organisation among children and young people.The squadron organisation promotes the all-round development and personality development of children and young people,and moves closer to the educational goals of cultivating political awareness and shaping values.With the development of moral education in schools and learning societies,and the gradual improvement of society’s requirements for talents,the current problems in the construction of the Pioneer Squadron organisation are becoming more and more prominent,with higher and higher requirements for students’ autonomy and innovation.The learning organisation theory,which emphasises the cultivation of independent,lifelong and innovative learning capabilities,can help squadrons to move forward smoothly in this era of exalted knowledge economy.Along with the in-depth development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the Young Pioneers carry a richer connotation than ever before.This study,under the perspective of learning organisation theory,implements the scope of research on the organisational construction of the Young Pioneers into the squadrons,uses questionnaires and interviews to analyse the squadron players and tutors in the schools studied,analyses the current situation of squadron construction through three major aspects: organisational construction of the Young Pioneers squadron,team construction(including the team of players and tutors)and cultural construction(including the construction of positions and rituals),and provides some strategic support for overcoming the current squadron construction The study found that the current learning squadrons are not only a good example of the learning culture,but also a good example of the learning culture.The study found that: the problem with the current learning squadron construction is that there is not enough independence in development,the squadron organisation does not have clear goals and lacks a common vision;in terms of team construction,the tutors are seriously authoritative,the players are not proactive and creative enough,and both the players and the squads lack good team learning skills;in terms of cultural construction,there is no co-ordination of community,family,internet and other out-of-school positions,and due to the players’ lack of awareness As a result of the players’ lack of awareness,they are prone to utilitarian tendencies in their activities,the goal of value shaping is distorted,and students’ individuality and creativity are suppressed.As the basic organisational unit of the Pioneer Corps,the squadron is an important place for the players to carry out Pioneer Corps activities.For the above problems,the five basic elements(shared vision,self-transcendence,team learning,systematic thinking and improved mindfulness)that are required to build a learning squadron are drawn upon to establish a learning organisation.Firstly,a shared vision of the squadron organisation should be established on the basis of a clear personal vision;secondly,the players should be able to set their mindset right,understand themselves correctly and constantly reflect on transcending their original selves during squadron activities;thirdly,the tutors should be able to understand their own identity correctly and play the role of a guide,guiding students to learn to communicate with others and correctly view the competition and cooperation they face in their studies and activities,and fourthly,in When carrying out activities in and out of school positions,they are able to pay integrated attention and think systematically;fifth,the players are able to identify themselves and change their way of thinking and cognition.
