Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Intelligent Service Facilities To Promote Residents’ Participation In Community Governance Community

The report of the 20 th Party Congress points out that "building a community of social governance in which everyone is responsible,everyone does his or her part,and everyone enjoys it".Community is the best unit of social governance,and building community governance community is the necessary path and inevitable choice to promote the construction of social governance community.Along with the rapid development of the Internet,Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing and other emerging technologies,intelligent information technology has been integrated into community governance as an advanced form of productivity,reshaping the mode of supplying community public services,changing the way community members interact with each other,and providing strong technological support for the construction of community governance community.Intelligent service facilities promote the sharing of resources,shifting governance resources from scattered to integrated,governance methods from isolated to collaborative,governance subjects from monolithic to pluralistic,and governance effectiveness from crude to precise,thus effectively promoting residents’ participation in community governance community.What factors of intelligent service facilities affect the perceived value of community residents and thus their willingness to participate in community governance communities? Based on this,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to investigate the influence mechanism of intelligent service facilities to promote residents’ participation in community governance community.This study analyzes the mechanism of intelligent service facilities on residents’ participation in community governance community,and constructs a theoretical model based on technology acceptance theory,perceived value theory,and "Stimulus-Organism-Response" theory to determine the impact of intelligent service facilities on residents’ participation in community governance community.Then,we used questionnaires to investigate and analyze intelligent service facilities to promote residents’ willingness to participate in community governance,and used SPSS 25.0and AMOS 26.0 software to test the variables in the theoretical model.Finally,based on the empirical results,strategic suggestions to enhance the community residents’ willingness to participate in community governance community in the context of intelligent service facilities in the community are proposed in a targeted manner.This study mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)From the perspective of combining theoretical support and practical basis,clarify the mechanism of intelligent service facilities promoting residents to participate in community governance,and construct a theoretical model of intelligent service facilities affecting residents’ willingness to participate in community governance;(2)Developed the measurement scale based on the theoretical model,obtained the data through field investigation,and tested the reliability and validity of the data through reliability and validity analysis;(3)Through the verification and analysis of the model,the conclusion shows that the service supply content and service supply quality of intelligent service facilities have a significant positive impact on the perceived value of community residents.The perceived value of community residents also significantly positively affects the willingness of community residents to participate in community governance.Environmental stimulus plays a regulating role in the process from residents’ perceived value to residents’ willingness to participate in community governance.(4)Suggestions for countermeasures to promote residents’ willingness to participate in the community governance community are proposed in the dimensions of optimizing the service supply level of intelligent community service facilities,improving community residents’ perceived value of intelligent service facilities,and enhancing environmental stimulation.
