Research On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Sense Of Mission In The Spirit Of Great Party Founding

The sense of mission is a real personal experience and invisible spiritual power,which is the crystallization of the organic integration of the development requirements of the times and personal hard work,which can reflect a strong sense of home and country and a strong sense of responsibility.The university stage is the "jointed pregnancy period" of university growth,and during this important period,college students urgently need to clarify their various missions,and continuously improve their cognition,recognition and practical ability of the mission.Therefore,how to enhance the sense of mission of college students is an important task in the ideological and political education work of colleges and universities.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that history is the best textbook,and the history of the Chinese revolution is the best nourishment.As the source of the spirit of Chinese communists,the great party-founding spirit shows its unique theoretical,practical and educational value,and is a living teaching material for cultivating college students’ sense of mission in the new era,which is of great significance for enriching the content of cultivating college students’ sense of mission and broadening the breadth and depth of cultivation of college sense of mission.The introduction of this paper focuses on the core issue of integrating the great spirit of party founding into the cultivation of college students’ sense of mission,analyzes the reasons for selecting the topic and current research situation at home and abroad,clarifies the research focus and difficulties,and expounds the research methods and innovations of this paper.The following content is mainly divided into four parts,focusing on solving the three basic issues of "why it should be integrated","why it can be integrated" and "how to be integrated".The first part expounds the relevant concepts and theoretical foundations of the great party-founding spirit and the cultivation of college students’ sense of mission.Firstly,the generative logic,scientific connotation and epochal value of the great party-founding spirit are analyzed,and the importance of the great party-founding spirit is highlighted.Secondly,the connotation of mission,the connotation characteristics of mission sense,and the main content of college students’ sense of mission are systematically elaborated.Finally,the theoretical basis for integrating the great and simple spirit into the cultivation of college students’ sense of mission is discussed,and the behavior guidance for the cultivation work is discussed.The second part analyzes the necessity and possibility of integrating the great party-founding spirit into the cultivation of college students’ sense of mission.On the one hand,the study of necessity,from the national level,is an inevitable requirement for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,from the university level,it is an inherent requirement for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and cultivating people,and from the individual level,it is the essential requirement to promote the growth of contemporary students,and systematically answer the question of "why it should be integrated";On the other hand,the possibility is studied,and the inheritance of the great party-founding spirit is consistent with the goal of cultivating college students’ sense of mission,the cultivation content is connected,the cultivation carrier is complementary,and the question of "why it can be integrated" is systematically answered.The third part is an investigation and analysis of the great party-founding spirit integrated into the cultivation of college students’ sense of mission.Through the investigation of the cognition,emotional experience,thinking angle and behavioral practice of the great party-founding spirit and its own mission,the problems existing in the integration of the great party-founding spirit into the cultivation of college students’ sense of mission are summarized,and then the causes of problems are analyzed from the subject,object,carrier and environment of the integration of the great party-founding spirit into the cultivation of college students’ sense of mission.The fourth part puts forward the optimization path for integrating the great party-founding spirit into the cultivation of college students’ sense of mission.Proposing solutions from the aspects of enhancing the dominance of the cultivation subject,clarifying the centrality of the cultivation object,improving the attractiveness of the cultivation carrier and the support of the stable environment,and systematically answer the question of "how to be integrated".
