Migrant workers left children to work but enjoyed no social welfare benefits such as education policy and medical treatment.They had to leave their children and work without them.Because parents go out to work,the family structure is not complete,the level of entrusted guardianship is low,and the education of left behind children is faced with the dilemma of focusing on raising and neglecting education,or even no education.The state has stepped into the stage of "double reduction" in the reform of basic education,so as to promote the "Five Education" of students’ morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor,develop in an all-round way and improve their comprehensive ability.How to deal with the problems existing in the all-round development of left behind children,a vulnerable group,so as to improve the education quality of left behind children to a higher level,promote the "Five Education" of left behind children at the same time,continuously improve their comprehensive quality,and provide high-quality talent guarantee for the revitalization and development of new rural areas is a topic that needs urgent attention.In order to formulate countermeasures to improve the education quality about rural left behind children,this thesis will investigates and give some advice about the educational quality of rural left behind children in Q County Depends on the abstract of collaborative governance and educational evaluation,and analyzes the present situation and problems in the educational quality of rural left behind children in Q County through taking none left behind children as the control data,it mainly includes the lack of effective family education for left behind children,the lack of comprehensive quality training,and the imperfect construction of social care service system;then,it deeply analyzes the reasons of the problems in the educational quality of left behind children,explains the problems existing in the process of governing left behind children by different subjects,and analyzes the causes of specific problems;Finally,multi subjects should cooperate to improve the educational quality of rural left behind children,put the public governance countermeasures first,that is,the government plays a leading role,families implement the main responsibility of guardianship,schools play the main role of education,and social forces participate widely,for realizing the simultaneous development of "Five Education",accelerate the all-round development of left behind children,and supply high-quality human resources for the Rural Revitalization.
